Hi,
You will have to update your theme as there was a problem with the mobile theme and the previous version of the theme. Please use this guide and re-download the theme and install it like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ The version will still be 7.3 as we did not change the version. We only replaced the faulty pack with the correct one.
let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately opera mini has too many limitations for us to be able to fix anything for it. It is a stripped down version of a browser that is useful if you have slow internet connections or expensive mobile data packages. We understand the frustration caused by this but it is very hard to fix these issues. We would have to create a new theme for opera mini alone and remove any elements that are not supported by the browser. Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not recommend the use of our theme with opera mini as well as opera classic or internet explorer 8 or lower. Our theme has many complex elements and these browsers do not have the needed features to support them.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot as the mobile theme does not use visual composer in order to provide the best loading times. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to have blocks on your mobile version you can simply disable the mobile theme plugin and use the standard responsive version of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
The errors seem to be related to the mobile theme files. Please make sure the file structure is intact. Please remove your current theme install and use one of these 2 methods to install the new version of the theme. Download the theme again from envato and use that package to install the theme:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Please also make sure you disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files as plugin conflicts can also affect the theme elements.
Also please make sure you update visual composer. You need version 4.12 installed for the latest theme version to work properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thank you!

Hi guys,
Message 2 here. I have taken the CSS code from the child theme style.css and moved it into the theme settings custom code tab and that seems to have fixed this.
Just for my own learning, is it better to have the custom CSS in the theme panel? Is there any reason why the CSS in the child theme would not render on a mobile?
Thanks.
Hi team,
I have done some custom CSS on title and text blocks on my home page (drbillsukala.com.au). They look fine on a laptop but when I look at the page on my Android phone (in both Chrome and Firefox browsers), the text is extremely small (as if the CSS is not being recognised).
Note, I am NOT using the mobile theme. Only the responsive feature.
Is there a separate CSS file for responsive/mobile rendering that I am not aware of? If so, do I just need to add my code from my CSS file (child them) to a different style sheet?
Thanks
Hi there

Hi Tagdiv team,
I have enabled the mobile theme for my site: tellyreviews.com but strangely I couldn’t get a mobile-enabled presentation (layout) and ‘only when’ I choose manually ‘Request desktop site’ on Chrome browser, I do get the mobile-enabled layout and even AdSense Ads gets to display.
I have already read few supporting pages about fixing this issue, at this end the mobile theme was always de-activated at the jetpack settings page from the onset. I request the support team and/or users to guide me in resolving the issue.
Also providing you the screenshots right here of the mobile theme issue presented above. Screenshots of Mobile theme display Issue
Kind Regards,
Haj
I am looking at my mobile them and it doesn’t seem like it working like it show be. The website is http://www.fiatministrynetwork.tv
Hi
Try to update the theme at current version available on themeforest, V 7.3: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Also try to delete the current mobile theme plugin then install it again after you update the theme. During the update process try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer to make sure that there are no conflicts.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi,
The mobile theme requires you to add content to the mobile editor in order for it to be displayed on mobile. Please use the form shortcode inside the mobile editor: http://screencast.com/t/GcUDt2rjHj3
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
HI

Hi There!
We recently launched the Newspaper theme for NJTechReviews(www.njtechreviews.com), but since then the site has been overall slower and not loading as fast. Our PageSpeed insights dropped dramatically as well, and our look on mobile is different from where we would like it. Is there away to customized the mobile theme? Can you advise?
Thanks,
Jake
So, this is a bit interesting. I have Newspaper loaded on my site and I’m using Jetpack for the contact form because, honestly, it’s just easy since I already have Jetpack installed.
Jetpack + Newspaper seem to play together just fine on my desktop site.
However, when you load the contact form (http://domesticsoul.com/contact) in the mobile theme, it doesn’t show the form.
My first thought was that this is some script blocking bit in the mobile theme that you use to speed up load times, yes? Is there a way to get it to load? Or do I need to switch contact forms?
Thanks much.
You have to customize amp template to support ads. Simplest way is using filter added to functions file. Amp template not part of theme. Just remember you can onlu use the small ad sizes for mobile.
Theme does not control amp plugin. Yoast glue adds some options. Just remember to resave your permalinks when enabling or disabling amp support since it adds new endpoint for pages.
I think they are working on it.
Mobile them does not need to support AMP; as AMP is separate framework and can easily be enabled with
a) Automattic AMP plugin (from people who make WordPress)
b) Yoast SEO
c) Yoast AMP glue addon (free)
This way mobile theme used for browsers not supporting AMP; and AMP used for those that do.
Note that content plays huge part in AMP compatibility; so bad content, bad plugins, etc., all have to be massaged. Which would be nightmare for the theme devs on top of all the folks who can’t read the docs.
I don’t work here; just my opinion.
We’ve been live with AMP since Feb; in beta since Nov 2015 on our high traffic 11-15 year old news portals; and works very well. Automattic AMP plugin is good baseline to use for now as it’s also used on some of the top WP-powered sites (e.g., TIME magazine, major newspapers running on AMP, etc.). It works, and you can easily test it using Chrome and the console view.
When will we can expect a new update because 7.3 have lot of mobile theme bugs + will your mobile themes support AMP ?
