Hello ! I like the creation of mobile pages from within the TAGDIV composer. For example after creating a home page for mobile how does a mobile user land here.
I have created a mobile page for every page.
Home page
https://newspatron.com
Home page for mobile
https://newspatron.com/home-mobile/
I want to know what are the ways to get small device users such as mobile land up on the page for mobile and not the Home page.
Is there some kind of way out for this.
I want the mobile theme version rather than other one, even though the mobile theme plugin is activated, why it is showing the other version
We have installed the WP SUPER CACHE – done the settings as per your instructions – but still this issue – can u please look into this and give us a solution – our user experience is getting affected – mobile theme is now all gone – just AMP and DESKTOP working

Hello!
Yes, we recommend the Wp Super cache plugin.
Our developers are aware of this issue and try to synthesize the composer, which is big, and fix the major problems of the theme and speed.
A cache plugin doesn’t help much with page speed.
To increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.

Hello!
The mobile editor comes from the mobile theme plugin and AMP.
If you use cloud templates, then you can use an element as column text, raw HTML, or raw CSS to add codes.
You should use the mobile theme + AMP and add the code to the post you need in the mobile editor field.
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello @newspatron !
Unfortunately, AMP will work only with the Mobile theme plugin. If you install that plugin, then your mobile pages will be overwritten.
Thank you so much for understanding!
Hello!
Please clear all your cache from your caching tools and try again. Try to uninstall the caching plugin and check the results in an incognito window as well.
This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
Thank you!
Hello Brian!
Check which footer is assigned for your mobile version: https://prnt.sc/kZ4DldPHTMWc
Please note that you will assign a footer for your mobile version; it will change in the desktop version as well (same footer). If you need a different footer, then you should build a mobile page: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
Thank you!
Hello!
Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
You can customize what you need in the TagDiv Composer if you use the cloud templates.
Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello i noticed recently that my plugins showed a notification encouraging me to use AMP. I had disconnected the AMP and introduced the mobile pages creation through the theme. After creation of such pages is AMP and the mobile theme still usable. I am right now without amp and mobile theme. What is the best way.?
Also let me know most importantly how do the mobile users directly get redirected to the mobile pages.? and vice versa.
Hello,
We somehow made few changes to the website ad unfortunately the mobile menu is now gone. Can someone help us with this. It works on desktop and on mobile it is hidden I believe. Here is the url for you to check https://tracktollywood.com/big-star-cast-and-crew-in-naga-chaitanyas-film/
I am also attaching the screen recording what I had with tag div composer.
https://uploadnow.io/f/ybQhKDf
When adding 2 mobile menu widgets for 2 different menus, they both switch to the same menu. How do we show 2 hamburger icons on mobile view that activate 2 different menus?
We want a sticky header on mobile that appears at the bottom of the screen mobile phones only (as per the this website URL as attached – but on mobile). It shows in Tagdiv editing mode, but not when viewing the website front-end. If there is a specific way to implement this or example template, please assist.
I have a screenshot of what we want, but can’t seem to a attach it.
1) No, I didn’t create any mobile menu. ” https://prnt.sc/YYBY86X8YSG- “. I just want to use my desktop footer style in mobile version. Can you let me know one thing, please? From where that mobile footer is coming?
2)Yes, I have deactivated ” AMP ” Plugin. then I can see desktop style on the mobile version.

Hi,
We recommend using the mobile theme plugin with amp -> https://i.imgur.com/EgTXw8j.png (on amp let the Transitional option be selected), in this way, the amp will have the mobile theme layout, and you can control the elements that you want to display using the mobile settings.
If you are using only the amp plugin, then this will be very limited and you need to use the Reader option.
Thank you!
Hello Team,
Could you please help on this :
We are only seeing AMP version of the website on the mobile.
The settings on AMP plugin is “Transitional” – In Transitional mode your site will have a non-AMP and an AMP version, and both will use the same theme
But now only AMP is getting shown.
Please help – this not reversing even after clearing the cache now
This happened after we have ticked that WP ROCKET settings.
https://snipboard.io/uH0gn1.jpg
If you need access to the website let us know – but this needs to be solved as soon as possible because user experience is getting hampered
Thanks, Anamaria
As I see it to fix the Modal setting issue that is distorting the images loading on my site I can employ one of two options.
Option #1: (As you refer above – Make changes to WP Rocket settings)
All I need to do in the exclude modal images is in the disable box of WP Rocket – copy and paste this exact type: td-modal-image
No other letters or symbols?
Then I save and clear the cache in WP Rocket and that’s it right?
Option #2: Make changes to TagDiv “Post Settings” instead…
See this screenshot. I am paying for WP Rocket Premium to optimize my site in many ways, what if, I make the changes in TagDiv Modal settings instead?
Specifically, I would do this; disable “General Modal Image”, Disable “Modal image on MOBILE, and Disable “Smartlist” modal image. Disable All Three?
Wouldn’t this accomplish the same objective as reconfiguring my WP Rocket settings? Confirming, I really don’t need the modal options enabled to properly run the theme correct?
Thanks again for your prompt response and help!
Kevin
Hello!
Please check if you have the same filters and settings in the mobile viewport as well.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this guide https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-cache -> https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/140-wrong-display-mobile-tablet-desktop
Thank you!
Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello, usually the design looks like that when you are using the mobile theme plugin, please check it and if you have this plugin, please disable it, then the responsive version of theme will be used.
Thank you!
For example, this url only has to show one entry and it does it correctly on a computer but if we enter with the mobile it shows all the entries of all the categories:

Hello Team,
We are facing an weird issue – many times randomly our desktop version of website gets converted to AMP Version.
I mean the mobile version and desktop version will not be visible anywhere on any device just the AMP will show.
When we clear the cache with WP ROCKET or any cache plugins then it again gets to normal like below :
DESKTOP: SHOWS DESKTOP VERSION
MOBILE: SHOWS – MOBILE VERSION
AMP: SHOWS AMP VERSION
But after some days or randomly the following things happen :
DESKTOP: SHOWS AMP VERSION
MOBILE: SHOWS AMP VERSION
AMP: SHOWS AMP VERSION
—-
I have tested and disabled all plugins nothing is conflicting.
I have tested all famous caching plugins like WP TOTAL CACHE, SUPER CACHE , LIGHT SPEED CACHE, WP ROCKET etc – this issues comes in all
We cannot remove the caching plugins because it improves our performance.
Please help us with this and get this issue resolved.
