Hello!

If you use Mobile Theme without AMP, please select the option from theme panel -> Mobile theme, only mobile.
Please make sure that you have enabled the proper thumbs with these sizes in order to show the featured images properly, check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh
After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/

Thank you!

Hello,

1. As I said above you need to use a plugin to log in and register which are designed to make these changes or you create a custom function for it.
2. You can delete the social icons with tagDiv composer, also, remove the symbol from Theme Panel -> Social Networks https://i.imgur.com/2otBxg9.png
3. You can add the link in the menu, and assign that menu in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header => https://i.imgur.com/0O0BanO.png
4. If you set a code, and after you save it this disappearing, then this issue can from an object cache, please check to see if you use some plugin that have object cache, or if you have some files with this name.

Thank you!

Hi,

I still have this problem although I did as you suggested: https://detektywsmaku.pl/tdb_templates/agata-ubysz-2/ – this is what showed up, which really shouldn’t. Also in the search results on the computer, what comes out as first is the mobile versions of pages which looks horrible on the desktop. How can I set up the page, so that searches on mobiles find the mobile versions and on desktop show the desktop versions of sites? What I did now, is I hid all the mobile versions in general. But this isn’t the best option as they will not be available on searches on mobiles… Help 😉

Hello!

Unfortunately, there is no settings to change the structure of the elements. The first post in the desktop version is the first post in the mobile version too.

Thank you!

Hello,

I saw you have the mobile theme plugin activate, and is disabled on the homepage https://www.screencast.com/t/NbcjDjNvqRS
So, the mega menu works only on a responsive version or mobile page, mobile theme can display a simple menu without subcategories.

Thank you!

Each post is not assigned to mobile theme.

Actually I tried re-install the AMP plugin, but it doesn’t appear on admin dashboard.

How can I fix this problem.

I was hoping someone may be able to help with some issues I cannot resolve with the mobile version of my site.

I am using the mobile theme and have set it up as per the instructions. The first issue I am having is that my Pages (about, terms and conditions & Privacy Policy) are all showing two titles. (Please see here https://imgur.com/stcxYY5)
In editor if I remove the title from the top then the link loses it’s title, if I remove the title from the Tagdiv Composer then the Desktop Version has no Title, and if I remove it from the Mobile editor then both dissappear.

The second issue is that when in a category page on a mobile device, only two Categories show below the category you are in (please see here https://imgur.com/91vnFnm). So there are four categories in total, but only two show when you are in a category page, on the desktop version all 4 show.

The third issue is that I cannot change the category tag colour in mobile theme. I have tried changing it in the theme panel/categories section, but it remains black and white no matter what colour I set it to. The tags are red on the Desktop version, it is only in mobile theme that they remain black and white.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me resolve these issues.

Many thanks

I created the main menu, everything still works on the desktop.
But after I open the phone browser, I can’t select the categories in the menu.
They don’t work.

Thank you for the detailed reply.

1. After the user is login already, I do not want to show the “Login” option at top header bar because it’s not logical.

How to disable or remove the “Login” or replace the login with another link like “Logout” after the user is logged in???

2. I completely want to remove the social network icons, how can I remove them from DESKTOP and MOBILE?

3. how to add new menu or add a new page on Mobile when i am using “AMP+MOBILE” option? i want to add “Submit Article” link on the Mobile menu.

Hello!

Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there. In your case, select the header and change the color.

Thank you!

Hello Mohsin Rehman!

Please provide more information about how you set the mobile menu there and some screenshots.
A solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.

Thank you!

If you have the mobile responsive please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, the search you can delete it with right click -> https://i.imgur.com/bjkwXQO.png

thank you for your reply, but you didn’t tell me what should I do to make it works. This problem exist since last update and was never seen before. Can you give me step by step guide how to make my mobile main page actual?

Hello,

WP Super Cache is tested with the theme, that is why we recommend it.
Also, you can use another plugin for cache that has a cache option for mobile.

Thank you!

Hi paologalli, I understand what you mean, indeed Newsmag theme is a little limited when it is coming to edit the content and layout. Also I think that you’ll referring to an option for sticky posts, to can keep a post in the top page as long this is set as sticky. Unfortunately, our theme do not have this option, and this can be done only on responsive version by setting the post id in grid or block with tagDiv Composer.
Now a theme with the option to edit entire layout on desktop an mobile too, it is Newspaper theme, but the option with top news doesn’t exist on this theme either.
Maybe those options will be add in the coming updates.
Thank you!

Hi, Calin. We solved the errors but it didnt affect the background ad.
We did some steps, listed as below:

1. Removed all the custom css from the theme panel.
Result: background ad works but layout gets messy.

2. Deactivated all the plugins non-related to the theme.
Result: nothing changed.

3. Removed all custom ads from all the ads slots (Ads Tab / Mobile Theme Tab)
Result: nothing changed.

4. Removed all the custom JS/CSS
Result: nothing changed.

As we mentioned before, looks like this piece of css is the problem:

@media (min-width: 1180px){
.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap {
width: 1071px!important;
}
.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap {
position: relative;
top: 120px;
margin-bottom: 120px;
display: block;
margin: 0 auto;
}
}

Can you help us out? I can share the login credentials to our wp-admin panel.

I have this website: nyariks.se

On the desktop site I now have the color #2a326d for the top header part. However, I am not getting the same color for the mobile version (I don’t have a specific mobile page).

I managed to get the color for the footer without problem after finding the option “Background gradient”.
