Hello !

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

Thank you !

Hi,

In order to have content in amp pages, you need to set it in mobile editor, using only the elements from mobile editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se -> https://i.imgur.com/uYydAwp.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hope this will help you!

Hi,

Please check the mobile view and try to adjust the images -> https://i.imgur.com/CJ7SENI.png with tagDiv Composer.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can check the images.

When I activate mobile theme, it’s not working. I also get lots of AMP errors when AMP activated. I also get mobile frontpage on desktop, when using WP Super Cache. Now I’ve deactivated all of them because they mess up our site. What to do?

Hi
I have taken all the steps provided on your video and still my site looks so wrong on mobile app. including some added stuff that I don’t even know where they are coming from. (On categories I need Author name removed, and “Overview” not shown” and on home page I like it to match my desktop home pages). Also on my categories on desktop every page just repeats the same 8 posts as first page, this is so fraustrating

Please help me figure this out

Hello How to create floating sticky ads on Footer? This is non-Adsense ads by the way.
I’ve tried to paste it Analytics/JS, but it won’t sticky.

Can you tell me how to do that?
When I tried to edit my Home page with TD Composer, there’s no Mobile Header/Footer options.

Please help

The cache has nothing to do with the problem.

I took the test using another mobile theme and showed the full article.

When I leave the site using only the Newspaper theme, it returns to partially display.

If you have a channel to send the screenshots, let me know, I will send it!

Hi there,

I want to use AMP for my website, but I can’t see most of the premium plugins on the Plugins screen of the Newspaper menu item. Instead, all I can see are 3 things:

1. Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in … and then it mentions tagdiv-view-theme-plugins.php
2. Optional: Revolution slider
3. Optional: visual composer

In other words: most of the plugins seen on the screenshot here are not visible for me. As a result, I can’t use the mobile theme or the AMP plugin at the moment.

Other than that, the theme works great. Can someone please help? Pretty weird problem!

P.S. My WP version is 5.3.2, PHP version 7.3

And now i have a nother problem with the mobile theme. It only shows the latest article but not the same like my startpage at the computer.
Any idea why?

Hello Calin,

Thank you for your attention, but I could not get your point.

You have sent an image relationated with footer, but the logo is not aligned in the header, is that information correct ?

Another question is in Admin > Theme Panel > Footer, there is no Cloud Library Template option.

So I need more details to center the logo at the header of mobile devices only.

Hi,

The mobile version appear on desktop when is a cache problem, so if you are using some cache or plugin for optimization, please deactivate them and try again.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,

“Also, you put red arrows in the picture on 3 plugins, but I didn’t understand why.” the 3 plugins indicate with arrows are theme require plugins, you need to have these enable.
Also if you have mobile theme plugin enable, for pages you need to set a different content in mobile editor, here is a similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/specific-pages-from-menu-do-not-open-on-mobile-theme/
Here is our guide for steep by steep to update the theme -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Also if you want we can make the update for you, for this you need to make a request to our services here -> https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

This should be center by default, but if is not and you are not using the mobile theme plugin, then you can edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer, set the mobile layout -> https://i.imgur.com/GEnx9yo.png

Hello !

1. If mobile theme is rendered on desktop that is because of the cache. 99% of this cases the mobile theme is rendered on desktop because of the Cache plugin. We recommend using the WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

2. Please make sure that the Youtube Api is integrated as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/

3. Unfortunately we have not tested any ads plugin so we cannot recommend any !

Thank you !

Hi,

You can change the color that appear on your amp link if you are using the mobile theme plugin with the amp plugin, use one of this option -> https://i.imgur.com/kluvfdh.png and use this code -> https://i.imgur.com/1Guw5m0.png
.td-post-content p a {
color: #0066cc;
}

Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
