Hello!
Please build your homepage like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Thank you!
My apologies I thought this was about the error everyone seems to be seeing.
wp_booster error:

Hello @jakobcross6!
Please make sure that the theme and plugins are up to date, the plugins are active and the cloud templates are global or assigned correctly on your pages.

Hello @onemediarelated!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have so many settings for the mobile theme plugin.
I recommend using the new cloud templates in order to achieve that.

Hello. I setup a new site for a client and the location doesn’t appears on relative icons on taxonomy page
Hi,
I have been building my site on the admin using all recommended plugins.
Today I switched off the coming soon page to view the site in real-time and the theme or possibly cloud templates are not loading.
I am using Cali Sight pre-built site.
It is almost like a default posts page which is loading, with the latest posts listed only. When I enter URL for pages none of the content loads.
It is definitely still the Newspaper theme loading, but something which looks like a basic version.
So far I have tried:
Removing all plugins
Checking security settings on server
Checking PHP log
I cannot see what is going wrong.
I would guess maybe the cloud templates are not downloading, and hoping there is an easy code fix.
If anyone has had similar issues or can help please drop me a reply.
Thanks
Hello Support,
Currently using Single Post Template – Magazine PRO in my website https://news.cbshop.in/must-visit-top-12-solo-travel-destinations-in-india/
I have edited the template to remove background images which are not showing on the pages. But while testing in GT Matrix the report shows that there are three images loaded on the above page i.e. 1. https://news.cbshop.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/bg.png 2.https://news.cbshop.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/bghd.jpg and 3.https://news.cbshop.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/mob.jpg
I couldn’t found the images on the TagDiv editor. Also checked theme panel background settings but no images are there. Please suggest me how can I find the images to remove for better page speed.

Dear Team,
we are adopting Urban Edge theme to renew our website (already built with newspaper theme) but we cannot find its elements in cloud templates. For instance, we need the import again the first block of the homepage and some elements of the pages, but nothing can be scouted in the cloud library.
How can we retrieve the single elements of the theme?
Thank you,
regards
Pietro
Hello @central!
First, please make sure that your website is displaying the correct version.

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
After every modification, you need to re-index your website.

Hello. Upon checking further it appears that google is using/testing the desktop page instead of the mobile one. There is a mobile template on those pages (from tagdiv) but google doesn’t know and checks the desktop version, which obviously doesn’t look correct on mobile (otherwise we wouldn’t use a separate mobile template).
Is there a way to “tell” google to check the mobile version of a post/category that has mobile template?

Hello @walterjoao20 !
Yes. You can assign/duplicate multiple templates. See https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ for more information.
Thank you!
Hello @willkar!
It should be a conflict there, because on my end it is working well.
Make sure you add a new page, add the flex block builder and choose the module template.
Thank you!
Hello!
That is not a setting. You should change these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-page-templates/
The colors are working great. The pagination you can do by inserting a page break in your article in the Gutenberg editor.
Thank you!
I upload images in size 1600 x 840 on all sites.
After I checked once more I see in Cloud template it is ok.
(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px
In Style 2 I get:
<div class="td-post-featured-image">
</div>
When I copy image on desktop page I get image size 800×420
Hello,
Is it possible to define custom featured image size?
1.
On one site I use “Style 2” and I would like to use size at least 1200 px wide so that Google takes that wide image for Google Discover
2.
On other site I use cloud template but when I edit template I see only:
1920 x 0
1068 x 0
1068 x 580
What I need is to have max-image-preview at least 1200
On the other hand I don’t want to use too big image because size will affect page load.
Thank you
Hello. I’ve added a flex block on a tab shortcode, and I’m using an infinite scroll. The thing is, as soon as a enter that tab, i continue seeing on the front-end the error “The Cloud Library Module Template set for this block is not valid or it no longer exist”.
Direct Link – https://gamingnovato.com/game/baldurs-gate-3/?td_tc_cf65=87892
Video tab error – https://app.screencast.com/WKMULDU7IJP1X
Video page block is working – https://app.screencast.com/mFMiGjPF17ajQ
The shortcode I’m using is “Flex Block Builder”
Hello.
I was wondering, since there is so many flexibility with the template, if I can display the content of a shortcode block based on a custom field value saved on a user profile.
So, my idea is to display personalized content to a user, based on his “Interests” (custom fields. I was thinking this could be achieve using the “Filters” tab on a block. For example:
1 – I have the shortcode Flex Block 5
2 – On filters tab, on that block, I would like to somehow point that block to display the content based on the user viewing the block/page and based on a specific custom field that he might have added on his profile.
The idea is to customize the content that the user sees, based on his “interests”. I know this is an advance thing, but I was just wondering if with all the features so far added on the theme (I’m loving playing with all of them), if it is possible to achieve something like this. This would be a game changer.
Hello!
The mobile editor comes from the mobile theme plugin and AMP.
If you use cloud templates, then you can use an element as column text, raw HTML, or raw CSS to add codes.
You should use the mobile theme + AMP and add the code to the post you need in the mobile editor field.

Hello!
You can create a mega menu like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Or you can create a page mega menu like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/
You can add any element to the sidebar in the TagDiv Composer. If you add it to a template and make it global, then it will appear on every page that has been assigned that template. You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want to the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt

We want a sticky header on mobile that appears at the bottom of the screen mobile phones only (as per the this website URL as attached – but on mobile). It shows in Tagdiv editing mode, but not when viewing the website front-end. If there is a specific way to implement this or example template, please assist.
I have a screenshot of what we want, but can’t seem to a attach it.
Hi,
Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
You can try to revert an old revision on a page/template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
Thank you!
