Hi,
All those texts can be changed using tagDiv Composer, edit the page / template select the text or element and simply change it https://i.imgur.com/QZL9n7p.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Thank you for your reply.
On my front page (static) I’ve got it set as Fixed Top, as I want the site to scroll under it.
On all other templates (posts, page etc), it’s already set as default.
Isn’t there a way to offset the start of whatever is shown?
Changing it to default on my front page injects a empty, white row that I can’t remove.
HI,
I know about all three of these solutions. I want to use the Mobile Page/Template, which I have set up and is also listed on the homepage as its mobile version, but despite all this, the Default Responsive Desktop Version is automatically loaded.
That’s why I’m asking if you have any idea where the error could be. I set up the cache, completely removed it and replaced the plugin, but the result is still the same.
I’m happy to provide admin access.
Thank You
Hi,
Here are the three available solutions for the mobile version:
1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens.
2.Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience.
Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.
Related to the cache, please check in the cache plugin documentation if this supports mobile cache.
Hi
Thank You for fast reply.
Yes, I use a separate mobile template that I created in Composer.
However, after clearing the Cache, the page I created is still not displayed, but a default one.
I don’t know what to set in the cache so that this doesn’t happen, because none of the options work.
As I said, it’s interesting that on the second website, where I have everything set up the same, the mobile version runs fine.
I don’t know if something can’t be dropped in the database. But I don’t really understand it.
I recently installed a new prebuilt website/template. The homepage is showing the new layout correctly, but the category pages are still using the old template. How can I fix this so the category pages also use the new template?
Hi,
The “ Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to change the logo URL, use the tagDiv Composer, edit the page/template where the logo is used, select the logo, and set the link you want to use – https://i.imgur.com/lBvPxL6.png. Ensure you set a complete URL (https://www…..)
Hello, I’m using Newspaper theme and “Free News” prebuilt site. I’m trying to set the filter category for Flex Box 1 at the top of the page
I’ve set for the article as Primary category: “Ultim’ora” (id:72)

I set as category filter for the Flex Box 1: “Politica” (id: 72)

As you may see by second image, it shows always “No posts”. If I set “All categories” and sort by latest, in the box it shows an article that came with the template (the only one I left, as I removed all the others) but doesn’t show my first article
Please, can you help me? Thanks in advance
Hello,
I am currently using the Newspaper theme with the Towntalk prebuilt template.
Website URL: https://headline.hifive.pro/
Here is a temporary admin account:
My question is about how to add, remove, or modify fields in the Account Details page:
https://headline.hifive.pro/my-account-towntalk_pro/?account_details
Desired setup:
1) In the Account Details (Manage your account details.) section (#case1, item 1)
1-1) I would like to add an option for editing a personal profile (user description) (#case2, item 3).
1-2) I would also like to allow users to enter their website and SNS channel addresses (#case2, item 4).
Since there are too many channels, I only want a limited selection of them to be visible.
2) I want to completely hide the Billing Details section (#case1, item 2).
# case1

Hello,
I’m using Newspaper with WooCommerce and trying to display a “Sold Out” badge/overlay on products that are out of stock.
I’ve already added hooks in my child theme’s functions.php (e.g. woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title and woocommerce_before_single_product_summary) but they don’t output anything, because Newspaper overrides the WooCommerce templates.
Could you please let me know:
Which Newspaper template file(s) handle the product loop and the single product layout so I can safely add my custom code in the child theme?
Is there a Newspaper-specific hook/action I should use to inject a “Sold Out” badge instead of standard WooCommerce hooks?
My goal: when a product is Out of Stock, show a <span class=”sold-out-overlay”>Sold Out</span> on the product thumbnail in the shop/category view, and on the featured image in the single product page.
Thanks in advance for clarifying the correct place to override/add this.
Hi guys
I run a modified version of Live News PRO (which Bogden modified for me as part of your theme customisation service) – my website is https://moviesgamesandtech.com
I wanted to change the Twitter account and YouTube account details that appear on each page in a Stay Connected box on the top right hand side on the homepage and on each page. I think you guys may have hard coded the addresses in.
If I try to use composer to change the account names and then save the template it breaks the site and gives me an error. Then I need to recover the site to correct it.
Are you able to take a look please and advise?
many thanks
Andrew

Hi,
By default, the H1 tag is applied to the logo. If you’re using Cloud, you can use the tagDiv Composer to remove the H1 from the logo (you need to do this for both mobile and desktop views).
Here’s an example: https://i.imgur.com/0BjZdOj.png
When you open an article, the H1 will automatically be used for the article title.
For pages, if you want to remove the H1 from the logo, you have two options:
Use the PageBuilder template and enable the page title, this way, the H1 will be set on the page title: https://i.imgur.com/ElmwJQR.png or, keep the default page template and use tagDiv Composer to add the page title manually, then disable the H1 on the logo.
The H1 tag is important for SEO, so it should always be present on the page, just make sure it’s used in the right place.
Thank you!
Hi,
Do you get any error message when you try to edit a page/template with Composer?
If there is no error message but the tagDiv Composer is not acting normally, it may be related to some extra plugins that are in use. Please make a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hi,
In td_011 are store all the data from the theme, there all set the settings, cloud templates, backup for theme panel, pages and so on. -> https://imgur.com/k7nkIRg
If you have more settings and a big website then is possible that the database to grow, there are set data for posts and pages, categories, author.
If you want you can check this article: 7 Tips To Reduce WordPress Database Size -> https://www.webhostingsecretrevealed.net/blog/wordpress-blog/7-tips-to-reduce-wordpress-database-size/ but before to make any actions, please make a full backup to your website and database and only after that make changes in database.
Thank you!
Hi,
If those buttons are set on pages or Cloud Templates using the TagDiv Composer, you need to duplicate the pages or templates for each language in WPML. Then, edit the duplicated version in the new language and manually update the button text or other elements for that language.
Using the Theme Translations with WPML -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/

Hi,
The cloud template will be displayed on website templates (article, category, tag, author … https://i.imgur.com/tb0OKhf.png), not pages, if you want to import a page from cloud, you can do it from the tagdiv composer -> https://i.imgur.com/9WWDBXY.jpeg cloud – https://i.imgur.com/QK9PIfm.png or from dashboard> cloud templates –
Thank you!
Dear tagDiv Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent PHP warning in my WordPress installation related to the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin. The exact error message is:
text
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “tdb_templates” in /wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php on line 661
This warning appears repeatedly in my server error logs, particularly when customers have products in their WooCommerce cart and proceed to the checkout page. It seems the plugin is trying to access the “tdb_templates” array key which is either not defined or not properly loaded under these conditions.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Reinstalling the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin
Clearing all caches (server, plugin, browser)
Ensuring that the tagDiv Shop plugin is installed and active
Testing multiple tagDiv Cloud Library templates for WooCommerce products
The warning persists and may indicate a problem with how the plugin handles template data when rendering the cart or checkout pages.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this warning? Is there a recommended way to repair, re-import, or reset the “tdb_templates” to ensure they are correctly registered?
Any guidance or a fix for this issue would be greatly appreciated, as it clutters our error logs and may impact site stability.
Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards,
Thomas – http://www.greece-moments.com

Hi team, suddenly our Home page is not showing grids/tiles/blocks which are placed on the upper side. Tried clearing cache, updating template, etc. Please Help.
Hi, I’m having a problem with TagDiv Composer on my website: https://www.conocerasturias.es
When I create a new page, it doesn’t load. It also doesn’t work with my existing pages, and the following text appears: ‘, footerTemplateId: ”, footerTemplateContent: ”, mobileMenuId: ’35’, tdbPInfiniteLoadStatus: ‘on’, tdbPInfiniteType: ”, tdbPInfiniteCount: ‘3’, isMobileTemplate: ‘0’, tdbTemplateSettings: [], }; // Set the local storage to show inline the iframe wrapper and the sidebar window.localStorage.setItem( ‘tdc_live_iframe_wrapper_inline’, 1 );
Here are some screenshots.

The headers also don’t work.
thank you
Hi,
Can you please let me know if you have an example for the results you want to achieve? Do you want to filter the results after more taxonomies, or do you want to have filters on page/template so the user can build the results?
Thank you!
