I have this problem after a server migration
I would like to know what the problem is here? we’ve done all the tests with plugins and the theme, but nothing solves it, on other pages I can change the layout, but when I create a new page this msg appears, when I try to update the post template it also gives this error, I would like to to know if there is anyone who can help with this error

As mentioned before, it only effects the search results from pages content.
We have created mobile templates of almost all of our pages to optimise content to screen size.
Unfortunate, to our understanding, Newspaper theme can not serve search results according to mobile devices only.
A work around would be to create a search template for mobile and desktop each. Once done, exclude page IDs from search results.
In our case, for the desktop cloud template we will exclude all pages mobile templates. We will filter the pages by ID using the Posts Loop element “Exclude Post IDs” field.
Respectively we will proceed with the search mobile cloud template.
For the future, it would be nice, when Newspaper theme would do this out of the box.

No, I am referring to FLEX BLOCK 5, not Loops!
Why is one template deleting an entire row of FB5’s elements and another template adding a row of FB5’s elements? They both go around in circles, as do my questions on here, haha.

In tagDiv Composer I want to use the icon element.
Under General setting I add a YouTube link in the Video popup.
After the page/ template is saved, I went into view option and the page/ template is showing up. all fine.
Except when I click on the icon. In Chrome the message is “www.youtube.com refuse to connect.” Safari does not say anything. Firefox message is “To protect your security, http://www.youtube.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.” This result is, the visitor is moved to youtube, away from my website.
The same result is when using tagDivComposer Buttons element.
What I have to do to make it work? When click on the icon the video will be open embedded, or if possible, open in the page itself.
PS. Vimeo url is working perfect, only YouTube url is the problem.
It is understandable that the project is in its infancy, so we make suggestions. As not everything was clear, I am sending additional information.

Points one and 2 are very similar, and for both of them there is no possibility to create a template for an archive page:
Both subpages do not have a template and are not styled in the same way as other subpages of the store, e.g. Categories.

In the case of item 3, the case concerns the store category for products. You cannot add them in templates using shortcodes because there are no such shortcodes.
It is a multi-level menu for categories and subcategories to which products are assigned. There should be an option to add such a menu to the template above the filters.

I don’t mean the mobile version for the desktop.
The default template design appears instead of London News Pro.
After clearing the cache of the entire page, London News Pro appears, but then the basic leyout returns again.
The problem concerns the appearance of desktop and mobile.

If you have set up a mobile page you can easily shift or select no mobile pages. But if you delete it, then the mobile page is already there but blank. So, in this case you need to assign another mobile page, and then to select no mobile pages without deleting the previous one. After selecting no mobile pages, you can delete also the mobile pages which you created.
In conclusion, don’t delete first so you will don’t have any issues.
You can duplicate a template/layout for every category/post to have different template, make the specific changes and assign it to that category/post.

I just explained in that ticket about posts loop offset and how you can change it to achieve what you need.

2 and 3 I’m not sure I fully understand what you want to achieve, can you provide some examples with screenshots?

I have 3 licenses from Newspaper and 2 of them run flawlessly. On the 3 installation, these errors suddenly appear when I click on the articles. Reinstalling the theme or plugin did not help.

Okay so, here’s what happens. When I re-add the missing element into the global category homepage template, the main homepage template re-adds the element I want to delete.
In another support ticket, I was recommended that I use Flex Block 5 because I wanted to use a set of 12 Loops (1-12), but lower down the page the copied element with 13-24 didn’t work, and nor did 25-36, and so on.
So, I recreated what I needed with Flex Block 5. As mentioned at the top of this ticket, I haven’t been able to save the element (or delete other saved elements), and so I have been copying the row and pasting it in. There’s nothing wrong with using the copy-paste process. So, all sets of 12 posts work fine and continue on as I want right down the page (1-12, 13-24, 25-36 etc.) Great!
I am using the same method of copy & pasting from one template to another template because I can’t save the element.
Both pages work fine except for the very last element located just above the footer, on both pages. Again, one element reappears and one element is being deleted…

Yeah, this theme is driving me up the wall. There are so many bugs in it.
I seem to be going around in circles performing tasks I had previously done. I keep deleting an element at the bottom of the homepage, but after a few minutes it returns. It’s the same with the Global category home template, too; I add an element and it disappears.
One template keeps re-presenting an element and one template keeps deleting an element.
I am trying to trace my steps as to when it happens: I view the Sports category homepage (a global template) and then, when I visit the main homepage, the deleted element reappears at the bottom of the page. I haven’t come across when the category global template loses the element.
It’s pure madness.

My article page is completely broken
My side bar went to the bottom of the page and when I try to edit, it doesn’t allow me to select anything.
This happened yesterday.

I’ve been using a paid caching plugin for a while.
Currently, I am back to WP Super Cache. I have configured the plugin according to your instructions. I also configured CloudFlare as indicated. I have a plugin for mobile websites turned on.
On the desktop version of the page, my template appeared, alternating with the default one. I have tried various WP Super Cache settings and I think I managed to get it under control.
Unfortunately, nothing helps with the mobile version of the site. The default version of the mobile website is displayed.

I have a category that has some sub categories.
as you can see in the first picture. It shows dropdown in normal page.
But it doesn’t show the dropdown in mobile page(picture 2)
I pointed that the category list derived by
‘/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/category/tdb_category_sibling_categories.php’
I’ve tested several changes in the file and it can be shown in the normal page.
But as I mentioned above, it doesn’t appear in mobile page.
I tried make a mobile template for the category(originally the category doesn’t have mobile template),
and it seems like reference same file(picture 3, 4)
But actually the mobile page didn’t reference the short code.
Please advise me what file I need to change to display the dropdown.

For cloud templates, you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads. Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, and add the “Ad box” element in your sidebar with drag & drop.

You can assign and import from Website Manager which footer template you need.
If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.(see the video)

Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results

Please edit the page normally and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by TagDiv Composer plugin.

For your information, my theme is running on version: 11.2.
I have added a new cloud template and selected the footer category. From that I pick one that I like, and tweak it to my liking. After saving and using it on a page, it appears like there is some top margin that I need to delete. Returning to the cloud templates page, I notice that the for the footers (all of the footers) there is no option to edit via the Tag Div Composer, unlike all other templates in the same page. Additionally, when I create a new template, in an attempt to make this right the first time round this time – because only the first time you import the footer template is it possible to edit it in the tag div composer (I don’t know why, it doesn’t make any sense…) – sometimes I get an error like the following when I try to rename it to something that will make sense:
Invalid template type! Please make sure your are editing a supported template type title.
The above message is returned after I have attempted to edit a supported template I have imported into tag div composer from its own cloud templates library.
