I’m on Newspaper theme 10.4 and I’m using the default pro template.
I changed the header and footer colors from theme panel > theme colors.
I can see the colors applied on the home page and other pages and post pages but not on the categories page.
So, I’m not really that great when it comes to the technical side of things. All I can say is that I purchased the Newspaper theme and customized it 7-8 months back and it’s been working fine. Today, when I checked my site, everything is not working and I can’t even access some of my pages. The website is called bakasenpai.net

These are some of the errors I’m getting
wp_booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: single_template_8 is not set.

I really don’t know what to do. Please offer some guidance.
I have managed to fix the issue. I was using the standard pack when I first customized the site, but for some reason, the latest update did not automatically install and update said pack.
Also why can’t the updates be automatic? And the standard pack should be auto-updated with the rest of the plugins. I don’t want to manually do it every time there’s an update especially if I might have missed the notification.
I have fixed the issue on desktop. Also mobile homepage works to… only problem is i try to edit mobile page with tagdiv composer and when i set header template “global” it doesnt affect on mobile. when i check pages,posts on mobile its pre-edit version. my site: neneden.co

Here’s what happened on Google after your update. It added another 6 pages with Core Web Vitals issues. LCP on some pages is over 5 seconds We have over 2 million hits a month on this site, and in excess of 1500 articles so just switching it over isn’t a 2-minute exercise, although I’m now starting to wish it was.
What I’d like is for you to actually live up to the claims you make about your template’s speed.

If you activated the mobile theme plugin, then your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH ) also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple).
If you want to adjust the mobile pages, then you need to use a mobile responsive or mobile page, as in the above video.

In my site not work author post all post. I install cloud template for author and when I click author nick i see my homepage site. My site czasostrefa.pl This is not all my site work very, very slow. Admin panel is slow. I uninstall Lite Cache speed and this not resolve my problem.

Yes, you can create a mobile page whenever you want and you should also assign that page to the cloud post template that you use.

You can add the menu on the top, only if you use the mobile responsive and mobile page.
Add a new row on the top, and in that row, you can add a mobile horizontal menu => https://www.screencast.com/t/myGxLawpd0XT and assign the menu.

Published posts appear to work correctly but if I go to preview a draft post I get the following error on the preview page “There has been a critical error on this website.” just after the author section.
I also get this in my error log:

It seems to center around the comments section. Both where the error appears on the preview and in the error message itself.

And using the solution, the critical error is gone but it does distort the display of the sidebar and creates additional display issues.

Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Firstly, well done on the 10.4 update; upgrade went smoothly and pagespeed scores are excellent.
Before the Cloud Templates I would copy single.php into a child theme to allow me to add PHP code to the template. Is this possible with the Cloud Templates?
I use template_redirect action to call in a single.php file currently as there are dynamically generated pages from a database.

I was happy with the Newspaper 10 theme, but since my recent purchase I’ve been having some technical issues with the theme. My sidebar is not displaying on the post page using the PRO templates; this issue is described in this page in the forum https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sidebar-not-displaying-in-post-page/.
Furthermore, when I scroll either up or down normally on my single post page, the theme is displaying broken shortcodes on the screen during the scroll, and these then disappear after I have finished scrolling. I wish to work through this, but on this project I don’t have the time for that.
Additionally, I was hoping that the most recent update (10.4) would help me a lot with site speed, but it just has not brought the website load time increases I was expecting. I’m using CDN caching, minification of HTML and Javascript, next-gen image formats, pre-loading fonts, lazy loading images and ads, pre-connecting origins, and reducing CPU intensive tasks and core Jquery feature pre-load with a paid plugin, but Newspaper theme is just not bringing the site speed I wish for.As you can see, I’m implementing a lot of optimal site-speed increasing measures but the theme is not helping me.
I was temporarily happy with theme, as it looks good, and I really wish it would have worked for me, but at the moment I have to pass on the theme. I have already sent the refund request through Envato market, please approve it at your earliest convenience.

The Flex Block settings are divided into 5 tabs: General, Filter, Layout, Style, and CSS. However.
The Posts Loops settings are divided into 4 tabs: General, Layout, Style, and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the options for pagination of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbered and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example on the category page there will be posted posts from that category).

Hi I have a single post template with a featured image at the top that is set to Featured Image size (default) 696×0. This is fine for most posts but once in a while a get a featured image that is only 300 px wide and then it gets enlarged and doesn’t look great on the page.
Is there a way in the single page template if the uploaded feature image is smaller than 696 to let it be their original size instead of stretching them to fit?

Hello, i don’t know why, but when I edit a page with TagDiv Composer, the changes of this particular page are displayed on all my other pages. It’s as if I was editing a template… But it’s only one page!

The footer is taken from the standard ones, you can’t edit it, but you can import a footer template or convert the footer on the homepage you have on the desktop.
