Hello, i have a dedicated server with 2Gb Ram which i think is enough for the Theme (i read the specifications needed)
My site is really slow after i change the theme, Yesterday i reach 44 seconds in Google Analytics (insane), i already follow all the recomendations of your documentation and also buy a plugin cache (Rocket) then i uninstall the plugin because of compatibility because the performance were even worst… now i have super cache, and seems to be improved but the pageloadtime is still above 20 seconds.
When i disable all the theme, the site speed is really fast.
When i keep the theme, but i disable all the plugins… the site speed is really fast.
When i keep the theme, and i disable all the TagDiv Plugins except the other ones, The site speed is fast

I’m using a standard category template that I set under theme panel configuration.
I have created “Category 1” with “Subcategory 1” and “Subcategory 2”. I’ve created “article 1” under “Subcategory 1”. When I access to category template page I see “article 1” even if it is under “Subcategory 1” (because there is the inheritance mechanism that it is good). The only thing is missing is the subcategory information on the article list. How can I add it?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the page where I post the articles. Use of Single Post Template 57 – Romania News PRO. When I go to place the ad block in the upper left corner it creates problems. In practice, when I scroll down the page, the central text moves to the left and becomes completely busted. The problem is only for desktop viewing.

Thank you for the updates.
For anyone using wp rocket with newspaper theme;
I contacted wp rocket support and solved the issue by changing the Cache Life span settings under Wp rocket from 10 hours to 6 hours. And the issue seems solved for the moment. We are still testing tough.
Just a suggestion Calin;
As a fan of Newspaper theme and Wp Rocket and a long user of those 2 applications, I strongly suggest that Tagdiv should also do an official testing of WP rocket and list it under the supported caching plugins. There’s a signaficant pros when using WP rocket with newspaper and works really well. Page loads speeds difference is almost 3 seconds compared to supercache and has better gtmetrix score.
Besides, when we were using wp supercache, from time to time the mobile template was showing on desktop and there was no solution to it. with wp rocket, mobile and desktop caches are kept separetly and we did not encounter this issue eversince.

“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that was saved using other method (like in your case) and not tagDiv Composer, or that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.

Yes, you can remove it, but first you need to check if you are using a standard post template or cloud.
For standard post template you can remove this author box using the options from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/IOHtOkB.png
For single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the cloud template and use the right click on the element you want to remove -> https://i.imgur.com/8yHchGa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MU8V1dZ.png

I try to make some modifications to one of the posts templates using child theme. I used the child theme folders that comes with the theme, but no matter what I change nothing appear to change when running the page from the server. Beside copying the folders and adding the files that I want to modify in the same folder hierarchy that have the theme folder, there is something else that I need to do so it shows the modified version?
I want to make one template to use with all category pages but there is not option to do so. Help will be appreciated

OK, the mobile pages are then transmitted a bit slower. Now there are other problems, for example there is no navigation anymore. In the Theme Panel, under Mobile Theme, I selected the navigation in the header area and before that the navigation was also shown.

You can only use tagDiv Composer on tagDiv templates. Using any other page builder will cause conflicts.

It seems that Newspaper somehow converts the photos to a kind of smaller ‘thumb’ with a 1024 px width.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
In most of the cases this is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that the role of your user is admin or editor, only these type of users can save the changes for cloud templates.

This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately if you are using same plugin for shortcodes, this will not work on mobile theme, it will be interpreted as a html text, this will work only on responsive version. Also because amp plugin is use with mobile theme plugin the shortcode will not work on amp too, only if you do not use the mobile theme for amp.

Hi, I’ve started learning how to use Newspaper X, after working with version 9, and I don’t understand why my background images look so blurry. I am learning using the Beauty Pro template. The hompepage looks perfect, of course:
