1: Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
2. Please note that you cannot use WP Bakery page builder on tagDiv Created templates. You can achieve this using tagDiv Composer, for this on your page or homepage you need to use tagDiv Composer, add a row, this can be stretch and you can choose the layout you want -> https://i.imgur.com/pN6vZwR.jpg let’s that you make those settings -> https://i.imgur.com/ISdhMND.jpg now the row is set in 2 but you need it in 5 so you need to set a width in % on each empty column like this -> https://i.imgur.com/aNtYAfw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vFhzXBl.jpg after that drag an inner row in each empty column -> https://i.imgur.com/FcUVItl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/wUvuvEl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MlYoS7f.png and in this way you get the 5 columns.

If the sidebar is not apply on your posts, that is because you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer. What you can do to keep the template layout and to have a sidebar selected by you is to edit it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/jK8VGvX.png and use the right click to remove the elements you do not want, also if you have an sidebar made from widgets and you want to display it for posts, you can drag the element from composer and select the sidebar -> https://i.imgur.com/MkCuCRg.png -> https://i.imgur.com/S5hgJ9u.png or if you want to be able to set individual sidebars, then you need to use a standard post style -> https://i.imgur.com/L5q9aUK.png

As I can see, you have set as footer a cloud footer template from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

Hello, I have 2 questions and I would like you to help me:
1.-How can you delete the last section of the initial page, where the last entries appear? Supposedly it is a widget but I can’t find it, https://ibb.co/SKLh0sn (attached photo) .
2.-The last thing is a question regarding the template. How many sites can I install it on? I have several pages, but I don’t know if I can only use it in one when registering it or if I have to buy several templates if I want to use it in other of my pages.

Using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Hi everyone, I am writing to you because when I search for my website from mobile: ultimorasicilia.it and click the menu, the menu instead of opening, hides under the page, or opens after 20/30 seconds.

Just downloaded the Pandemic PRO homepage template. When I change the font in left sidebar Article Title to any other Google font than the Volkhov it came with, either the column goes blank or it loads content showing metadata I haven’t selected from some other template I’ve edited. Eventually, after changing category the font and content seems to settle – but is this another bug for your list?

Since I added the site header as Cloud Template, the post content jumps down every time I load a post. Example:

I disabled all 3rd party plugins to test if the issue is a conflict but it still did exist. I thinks its coming from header Cloud Template. Thanks in advance for any help!
PS: What I also noticed that since I’m using the Cloud Template, it takes very long until the main menu appears (also noticeable in the video I linked.)

hi! i’m having some difficulty with posts. for some reason TD Composer is not appearing in either my standard demo posts that came with the theme, or any of the new posts i’ve created. it only allows me to “edit template.” i don’t want to create a new template every single time. i’ve created a single template post to use and would like to just copy that post each time. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately cloud templates are not working with WPBakery, this can be use only for standard templates. Also please note that we do not recommend to use WPBakery with tagDiv Cloud Library, there can be conflicts, please use it only with tagDiv Composer enable.

Hi,
You need to know that there are some big difference from Newspaper v8 to Newspaper v10, in last version the theme is has it’s own builder and is using cloud templates, updating a version so old like Newspaper v8 will be need some adjustments for layout to make it to be in the same way as in that version.
Also for last from Newspaper v8 please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll provide there the Newspaper version.

I’m not using a mobile theme. And I don’t want to use a mobile theme.
So to make the title smaller on mobile, I used the code below.

}The code worked fine.
However, a new problem has occurred.
When I refresh the page, the title will appear to be a large size at first, but it will be smaller to the size of the code you set.
This makes the page unstable and not pretty.
The problem only occurs on mobile. It also occurs when the cache plug-in is turned off.
And I also applied that size to the theme panel.
Is there a solution?

If you are referring to “Latest articles” then you can not edit it with tagDiv Composer, this section is set from page template using Page builder + latest articles + pagination

In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it.
