The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.
Also what are you saying can be a cache problem. After you do a change to your page and enter on mobile refresh the page and clear the cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin. Find out more about it: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hi,
I have made some tests on my website and the date works as expected, based on the date that was set in WordPress. My advice is to set up the correct date to your WordPress default from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tzVET1Vm2VT and all of the posted articles will have that date. Note that the old date to your posts will not be replaced. Will remain the same. I have made some tests with our cloud template and with a default post template and should works as expected.

In summary, the Themeforest policy states that once you purchase the theme, you receive a 6 months customer support period with the possibility to extend the support to 12 months if you need further assistance. Unfortunately, there is no setting for this, sorry!
On post you can set a single posts template from tagDiv Cloud Library and set it in theme panel, but for pages you need to make those settings for each one a part.
We suggest you extend your support if you still need our help with your website or add extra keys that still have support ( Supported until: 2018-12-13; ).

If you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library you can edit that template using tagDiv Composer and set the blocks/elements in sidebar or if is a default post template, you can build that sidebar in Appearance> Widgets and set in one sidebar the blocks/elements from that sidebar and set after that the sidebar on posts.

My mobile website seems to have a weird ugly-looking, non-complete lay-out when websites are opened from a link rather than from the website itself.

Hello, After updating newspaper & wordpress to the latest version, I have some issues:
1. Problem ONE !
All my posts has turned to AMP: Disabled and when I click on edit this message appears: There are no supported templates to display this in AMP.
PS: I installed AMP plugin + Newspaper mobile theme. & I had set Website Mode Transitional in AMP settings.
(( before update, when I search posts in google from my website via, it always redirect me to AMP version, however, after update this is not happening anymore. ))
2. Problem TWO !
After updating, the xml rpc is not working anymore. I contacted WordPress APP support, and after conducting their test, I had errors in the following:
wp.getTags
wp.getPostStatusList
wp.getComments
wp.getPageList
metaweblog.newMediaObject
And they told that either the Theme or plugins are making conflicts.
3. Problem THREE !
Is there any Shortcode to use to add ADVERTISEMENTS in middle of posts ( like for instance between paragraphs ) ? or should I use 3rd party adsense plugins
4. IS NEWSPAPER compatible with Polylang ? or we should only use WPML paid version. ?
5. Is there a way to show an LTR TEXT in RTL POST ( my Newspaper theme is set to Arabic )

When I set up page properties for homepage, I use template “Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination” with “Limit post number” for example 12 posts. Is it possible to set different “Limit post number” for next pages, when listing through archive – /page/2/, page/3/ etc.? Because on top of such pages are not other blocks like on homepage, so it would be useful to have more articles there. Is it possible and how?

As the title says, on my website (https://thereformer.net) the header displays center on the homepage on mobile. On the post page, the header shifts to the right and cause the menu as well as the header advertisement to look wrong.
Is there a fix without choosing a pre built header?

I’m getting the following error “Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP” appearing in the Google Search Console. The issue only affects pages not posts.
Previously these pages worked fine in AMP. I’ve tested these pages in the AMP tester and it’s confirming they are not compliant (this was not the case before). When I enter an AMP version of my page it just redirects to the standard version of the page.
I have Newspaper v 9.7.2 installed with version 1.2.0 of the AMP plugin installed. Under the Mobile Theme settings, I have “Mobile + AMP” enabled.
Under the AMP settings, I have Posts and Pages enabled for Supported Templates. I’ve not installed any recent plugins or made any recent changes to these affected pages.
I wonder if you can advise on this issue please?

Please provide some more details about how you achieve the products page, if you use the tagDiv Composer then you can use the ad box element to set the ads were you want.
If you are not using the tagDiv Composer builder then you can set the ads in sidebar , you need to set the sidebar in Theme panel> Template Settings -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZMfUexAY

In Newspaper v9.7.3 if you have the child theme active the only template that will be display will be the default one ( the ones from the theme will not apply and neither those from tagDiv Cloud Library ).
Also now using tagDiv Composer with header manager and tagDiv Cloud Library you can do a lot of customizations.

In order to activate the demos with content you will have to go into Dashboard – Newspaper – Install Demos and check the box where it says install demo with content like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/j3DdenQvog5 After you installed your demo you will be able to find a EDIT WITH TD COMPOSER button near on the top: https://www.screencast.com/t/j3DdenQvog5. 1. I think that you do not made the mega menu as in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
2. You can change the header logo by changing the header style or using header manager and get a header from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it how you want.
3. That depend of the element that is set there ( if this is the latest articles from page template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ then you can achieve this only with custom work), for a better answer I need a link where I can inspect those elements.

I created a header from the Cloud Templates and added an ad code (320×50) below the main header that was set to display for mobile only.

these are just standard NP post/page templates – no Composer was used to make them. I prefer to stay away from the composer whenever possible.
When I click on edit template it says, “Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable.”
Again, I want this to be easy, which means nothing to do with the composer as I can’t use it on my site.

If you want to remove the ads from a certain post you can us a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and do not set any ads in that template, after that set the template on the post you do not want to have ads.
The ads on pages can be set using tagDiv Composer and set ad box where you want to have ads ( but in this can you need to check the ads from header and footer ).

To change the overall width in general is not possible. In locations where the composer can be used (like pages and cloud templates) the content can be stretched, rows have a few width settings for it – http://prntscr.com/nzt6tu This will allow wider layouts.
