Currently, we are using the Big Grid Flex 4 by TagDiv Composer for our homepage (https://app.screencast.com/sxkUH6neupvay), and thus far, we are very satisfied with it. However, we would like to modify how the title, tag, and time are displayed within the image. We prefer these elements to be positioned outside of the main image, similar to how they appear in Block 1 (https://app.screencast.com/ffKsLtWZLXIRB), but maintaining the image dimensions of the Big Grid Flex 4. Is there a template or simple CSS solution that we can implement to achieve this?

I’m using the prebuilt website “news magazine”. I need to change some things on the post pages. But how can I use tagdiv composer to edit things there e.g. title size, SoMe buttons and extra text. I see 13 styles of post templates and default. But none is “custom”. I have another site with this theme (with its own license of course), and I can change all these things on that one…/Lena

How do I save a page or a post as an NP template that I can export? There doesn’t seem to be anything in Support when I search for ‘template’ or ‘save as template’

I’m currently facing specific issues with my website using tagdiv’s Newspaper and Magazine Pro templates, particularly with The Events Calendar. The main problem lies in a small detail within the tagdiv settings, and I’m unsure how to resolve it.
Specifically, under wp-admin in Cloud Templates, none of the Page templates are used, so I assume this is not related to the Magazine Pro theme, but likely solely to the Newspaper theme.

Specifically, the issue revolves around adjusting the line in html code (F12 Developer):
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap td_cl tdc-row stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”>

to:
<div class=”td-main-content-wrap td-container-wrap”>

If anyone has experience with this or suggestions on how to tackle it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Please check the pages and see how they are broken. If you use the advice I wrote above with F12 and manually edit or delete the specified classes, the problem disappear.

Hi All,

I’m trying to use/create a template for pages. If I add a new page, and click “load templates,” I get this message: Invalid reply from server endpoint.

Likewise, if I go to the Cloud Templates, within the “Page templates” section, it says, “No cloud templates. Please import one or more templates from Cloud Library.” But then if I click the “+” sign, I get the same message: Invalid reply from server endpoint.

When I go to the new page I created, at the top of the page, it says it’s a mobile template. It’s as though new pages are created with a default mobile template, and I’m unable to change it to a regular page. Nonetheless, it doesn’t make sense why I can’t download page templates from the cloud?

Please let me know.

I tried to change the article template in one of our sites and I couldn’t.

I went to the error log and found 1000s of entries like this

I am adding my products to Google and I need to provide my “Checkout URL” at either an account level or product level. I am going to try to add at the account level. This will let people who search on google and want to buy a product that I have listed go directly go to the checkout cart on happypeoplepickleball.com

I need help finding the general URL checkout template that is applicable across all of my products.
However – if there is ONLY a customized checkout or cart URL then I need a different URL (per product).

The checkout URL that I need must:

Support the HTTP GET method (which enables adding an item to the cart or checkout to allow users to complete purchase)

Direct the customer to a checkout or cart page that doesn’t require signing in.

I tried to use: https://happypeoplepickleball.com/checkout/
but the google error was:
missing required parameter: {id}

Here are more instructions:
Opting in at the account level will apply the URL template you enter to all eligible products. If you opt in at the account level, make sure you aren’t sending the [checkout_link_template] attribute in your product feed.

Hi Newspaper,

We uploaded our logo through theme panel >> Logo&Favicon, but out logo is not showing. Then we tried another method, we went to Cloud Templates, and then went to Header Templates and edited with TD composer, trying to upload our logo again but it’s still not showing(the logo on our main page is still “DOWNTOWN Magazine Pro”). What could be the problems and how could we solve it?

Malgré tout, je retrouve ces pages dans ma Google Search Console. Comment supprimer ces pages pour qu’elles ne soient pas accessibles ?

Hi – I just activated the Real Estate plugin and set the appropriate Real Estate global templates at Cloud Templates > CPT/Taxonomies. However, when I click to view a published property, I get a 404 error page. I also get the same error page when I want to view any of the Real Estate templates for taxnomies etc. Why is this happening??
