Hi,

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.

Please add this code in the .htaccess file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

Thank you .

Hi,

If that happens for all pages even new ones, that it could be caused by a plugin. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and check again.

If there is still a problem please first check the theme requirements guide to be set properly
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

In case the problem persists, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi,

If you have sent us an email we will take a look as soon as possible. Usually it is a matter of permissions, the WP-debug has to be set to false, or maybe a matter of insufficient resources. These would be the recommended theme requirements

Hi,

We try our best to help when there are problems, thank you for your appreciation. The patch folder contains the modified files from the previous version. It would be considered a different form of update besides the other ones.

If you use the latest WordPress, use the latest theme as well. In similar cases as you describe the issue was caused by low memory
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
We recommend a value of 256M which would be enough for most websites. Try to increase it and check if the issue is solved.

Thanks

I would help you with those database errors, but I am no expert in the matter of databases. The theme has these requirements
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
For WPML – https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
If those are met the theme and plugins should work properly. Maybe check if these are met, increase the WP-memory and other parameters mentioned in the guide, test with no plugins active except theme plugins and WPML to see if the same database errors appear.

Also maybe attempt to repair the database (make backup before)

Hello Simion,

I have increased my wp-memory and also meet the standard requirements on the Newsmag theme and all of the req. are on green colored.

Simion C.
tagDiv Staff

Please try to increase the WP-memory to 256M if possible, in most similar cases 500 errors were caused by insufficient memory
https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
If necessary contact the hosting provider to do it for you.

Also enter the code provided at the bottom of the guide in the htaccess file on the server.

Chances are that after doing these suggestions the problem will be resolved.

Thanks

Hi,

Ne para rau pentru problemele intampinate, de obicei acest tip de probleme sunt cauzate de resurse insuficiente. Este imperativ ca acest ghid sa fie respectat pentru o buna functionalitate a temei si a plugin-urilor
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Noi vom aproba cererile de refund in cel mai scurt timp posibil. De acolo totul depinde de Envato. La momentul acesta nu sunt cereri active, deci a fost aprobata deja de noi.

Multumesc.

Hi,

Maybe the parameters have to be set by a different method, better to consult with your hosting provider for assistance. Insufficient resources will most likely cause problems with the theme or plugins. These would be the recommended values for most websites

Hi,

So if I understand correctly you want to add some custom ads
The easiest way is to use a cloud template, you need to set more custom ads in order to have different ads -> https://www.screencast.com/t/slmTc1By4Z0
