Hi RyanBelmore2000, this problem can be from more situations.
1. It can be because you are using an old theme version and maybe you are using a new WordPress version nd those are no longer compatible.
2. It can be also from an untested plugin, please make a test only with tagdiv plugins.
3. It can be from some security module, firewall, Wordfence.
Also you need to make sure that all theme requirements are set at least as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

In most of cases the below steps can fix this problem:
Please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps;

1. This problem can solved this problem in this way:
go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.

2. Please make sure that the Memory Limit is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this value must be set in wp-config.php

If the problem persist:
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again

Hi pablof, please make sure that you set it as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in wp-config.php file and to be at least 256M.

Hi valuewalk, if you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.9.1 with WordPress v5.6 and the theme requirements are set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ then should be no problems. Also make sure that you do not have some plugins that can interfere with the theme settings.
