Everytime when I tried to edit the page, half-way editing it, the entire site hang for at least 5 to 10 mins, everytime. I have change the PHP.ini and increase wordpress memory limit in wp-config.php too according to your requirements, still the same problem. I would suggest to begin by checking the theme requirements guide https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
Insufficient resources can cause such problems. Check the parameters mentioned in the guide and increase them if needed. Then check if the issues are solved.

I’ve checked the requirements and they are ok. Turning on and off of the caching plugins did not help.
I need other plugins to work on my website, since they take care of different things than layout.
The suggested solution did not help. I don’t have any child themes installed.

The theme can be installed through WordPress or by FTP/File manager. If there is a problem with one of the methods, please try the other one.

Until now we are not aware of any bug in tagDiv composer. Please note that there are more than 100.000 users that use this template. If everything would really be wrong, imagine how only the forum would look like with everybody needing for support.
loano1 brought up a good point in checking that there might be a weird conflict between Composer and Cloud library. If that’s not the case. We ask everyone to check for a plugin conflict and requirements because in 95% of the cases, people don’t make their requirements completely.

Hi, is it indispensable to set my web to the 7.2.2 PHP version? According to the system requirements of the theme, you recommend it but Web hosting provider say the can’t change it. The root of the question is that I cannot edit the Cloud templates features and I can’t even upload my own logo.

I have checked the website, at the moment it looks like this https://prnt.sc/udekjz
I see that some images are not displayed, I see you are loading them from a CDN, for example the logo image https://856769.smushcdn.com/1950651/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/NATURA-logo-300×92.png Also the images inside the post seem to have the same issue, the CDN you are using does not load them.
I would suggest to check/disable the image CDN, there may be an issue with it.
Regarding the demo installation, if there is a problem, the first think to check are the theme requirements https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ (they are the same for Newsmag). Increase the parameters mentioned in the guide if needed, then try installing the demo again.

It may have been something temporary, please check again. In case it is still not working, please check the value of the wp-memory, it can be seen in the system status panel https://prnt.sc/ucv6pv
If needed increase that as mentioned in the guide https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ then check again. Increase all the other parameters as well if they are lower then the recommendation.

Increase the wp-memory if needed and the other parameters mentioned in the guide.
Also note the code at the bottom, enter it in the htaccess file https://prnt.sc/uctmex Then check if the issue is solved.

There is a bug but the team keeps on asking us to
“please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements”.
The suggested trick (reinstall TD after purge of the cache) does not work for a lot of people.
