Thanks for the answer, but that is a time parameter, so the data is the last published and not the most viewed, it is based on the number of times an entry has been seen, that parameter is not provided by the filter, I thought Strange that a theme based on a newspaper does not bring that important parameter, I understand that you cannot create a table of the most viewed with the newspaper theme unless you use a third-party plugin or do it through php, right?
In the case of the “flex block 1” option where it says popular (jetpack + stats modules required) which plugin is it?
Can’t edit with Tagdiv Composer, it appears the message “The current content page hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer”. The strange thing is that yesterday I was able to use it without problems, but today this message appears. What I can do to fix it?
When using a sticky column the element in the column is flashing and acting strangely. As you can see from this video (https://imgur.com/a/HBf9ZJo) the other sticky column works just fine, but this one has this strange behavior and I’m not sure how to fix it.

Strange! Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

I have Newspaper 12.3
When I go to Theme Panel and then to Theme Fonts I have only these categories listed underneath, but in the screenshot you sent you also have Post title and Post content.
Do I have to turn on Post title and Post content somewhere? So strange I don’t have them listed???!

We are facing a peculiar problem.
Before the latest theme update our articles on the desktop website – http://www.gadgetbridge.com were auto-loading/Infinite scroll.
however, now they are not auto-loading in places like Microsoft Edge browser they are auto loading after long time. The next/previous article does not auto-load. In fact, it does not load only.
Please help.

On further investigating, we found that by turning off WP-Rocket plugin the auto-load feature starts to work. We rolled it back to previous WP-rocket version and it is working.
However, we have the same plugin in our other website motorbridge.com with newspaper theme and same settings, there with Wp-Rocket turned on auto load is working.

The newspaper theme seems pretty heavy, so please if it’s possible help me optimize it. Also, I am getting a strange error, so I am hoping you will help with it too because I might be getting this error on my site due to the theme and one of the pre-installed plugins.

There is an image named footer_bg.jpg that doesn’t exist on my website or the server but it loads when someone opens my website and takes about 1.31 secs which is huge.

We are having a strange problem. We use Newspapper on several sites, with the same settings, but one in particular has a problem that we were unable to resolve.
When accessing the site, the mobile layout/page is displayed for the desktop and the mobile page/layout appears on the desktop.
We use the mobile themeplate for the home, title and category.
The strangest thing is that this doesn’t happen all the time. We disabled WP Rocket to see if the problem was the cache created by it, but it worked for a longer period, but the problem happens again.
– The mobile theme plugin is not activated
– Separate caching option for mobile was enabled in WP Rootet
– We used week pro and made some layout changes
– The problem does not appear for logged in users
– After editing the site, the layout is correct in incognito tabs for a while, but then returns

Ok, I find it strange.
I want to use the font “Mulish” from Google Fonts.
As I can see here font-face is fully compatible with iOS and Safari: https://www.lambdatest.com/web-technologies/fontface
So why does it not work on Safari or iOS, when I download “Mulish”, convert it to WOFF, and then upload it to Theme Settings?

Very strange that some odd symbol got in there. There was only one revision. I literally installed the cloud template, then removed (deleted)some unneeded elements from it. And changed the default menu it was displaying. And it was during that process I was suddenly unable to load the editor. I didn’t add anything in, so I have no idea how odd symbols got in there.

This is strange! Probably the issue there could be that you had a default template set up and then you need to verify each page to have the cloud one, because it won’t assign the cloud template only if you set it global.
Did you solve the issue now? I suggest you to use only tested plugins with our theme.

A strange thing is happening on the homepage of dukagjini.com – its showing some chinese search results (from mobile only) and only sometimes like if you click at the logo several times you are eventually going to see it.

Also if i do from incognito a search, than it shows the same search on different device.
This is happening on homepage mobile only.
Any idea what it might be, i have tried everything already?
If there is no solution can i somehow disable search function until it resolves?

Hi! We’ve always used SmartSlider in Newspaper. Our former website worked perfectly, but now, the mobile versions of all our brand partners misconfigured the sliders.
Pages under this category, all have their sliders messed up: https://www.justrealmoms.com.br/fornecedores.
If you click on any supplier’s page on mobile, the slider doesn’t show, images appear duplicated big and small versions, the name of the image shows in a strange list form…
Can you kindly advise on what we have to do for the mobile versions to read the slider correctly, as they did on our former Newspaper website?

Hi again. I have an addition to mentioned problem witch might clear up some questions (or not).
The homepage is working and showing in frontend, but can not be edited in the backend with tagdiv Composer. It generates following message https://imgur.com/Gr1kPrp
But it gets a bit stranger. I can edit any other page in tagdiv Composer, EXCEPT when I duplicate a page. The duplicate of a page (any page) can not be edited in tagdiv Composer and generates the same error as shown in the screenshot. That doesn’t make much sense to me. It can not be a wrong code or something like that, else the original page would also not be editable with tagdiv Composer, but is.
Hope you can make sense out of this. The homepage is not editable at all in tagdiv Composer.
The hosting company I use, said that this WP Super Cache plugin is too heavy for the server – which sounds so strange.
They use Autoptimizze with a Nginx helper. What are your thoughts on these, please?

This is really strange but that change seemed to have worked temporarily but now the flashing is back. Its like the entire screen reloads or something. I’ve tried it on a few computers and seems to have this issue. Its only since I’ve upgraded to the new one that it is doing this 🙁

The strange problem is that only 1 template is with problem. I can edit the rest of 2 header templates, but the first one is with error (infinite load).
I read , the article , I exclude it could be a malware or foreign stuff .
When the article was published I had not yet purchased newspaper and anyway I am using the latest version , clean ,without strange plugins .

Hello , let me tell you about my experience . The theme is great , slowly I am managing to use it to the best despite not having great knowledge . What I would like to understand is that a strange thing happened to me , the first time I thought it was a coincidence , but the second time ( last night ) I realized that I do not know how come the two things are connected .
I’ve been thinking for days to give visitors the ability to comment , I perform all the procedures as per the manual , the new user gets the email to register , he also manages to log in , although I wanted to delve into the aesthetic side for the registration menus but that’s another matter . Anyway after about 5 minutes the site STOPS WORKING ! Basically it is no longer reachable as if the domain no longer exists ! I made a million attempts but nothing , the only thing left to do is to do a new DNS propagation , with all that follows , site unreachable for hours , hiccup functionality etc .
I have the domain name registered on godaddy and the site host on tmd hosting , obviously both one and the other remain reachable if you try with ping or traceroute , but the link between the domain name and the host server I don’t know why is broken .
