A new empty page.
When I opened and tried to import new selected template – it didn’t import.
No errors in console, no messages.

I guess it’s not new version problem
Before new Template ver.10.3.9 I tried to do the same with ver. 10.3.8 – result the same.
Template update didn’t help me.
I tried to clear all time cache – didn’t help.
PC, browser was rebooted.
It’s very strange, there are no errors after button click.
Credentials were sent to support email.
Header:
Although I have opened Website Manager and set Mobile Menu Sticky as enabled, and saved, when I open the website on an actual mobile device and scroll down, the sticky header does not appear. Inside the TDC environment, when previewing the website on a mobile device, the sticky header is there and functions as set and expected.
Footer:
I open TDC and select the footer row. Then, right between the settings tabs and the search box, I click on the mobile icon to edit those settings. The styles and settings which are displayed in the TDC preview window do not represent the ones applied in reality. Yes, I’ve saved the changes, cleared the cache, minified JS and CSS versions, and even browsed the page from a new and single incognito session from an actual mobile device, and in chrome’s and firefox’s dev tools. For once, the background color is different (light blue in TDC vs Black in reality), and then the structure of the footer is different also.
In website manager, under the footer section, I only see two options; Global Template and/or No Footer. Currently applied I have the Footer Template – Default PRO.
Then in cloud templates I open the Footer Template – Default PRO to edit it, but “Edit with Tag Div Composer” button is not available. In the textarea I can only see gibberish, which I know is not gibberish really, but a nightmare to work with at the least.
Lastly, in the admin pages, under Newspaper > Theme panel > Footer, I see no other option other than the CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE section, but the Footer Settings or any other section besides the CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE, as described here ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ ), are nowhere to be seen.
The theme version is 10.3.7
Please advise as you see appropriate.

I have added a script from ‘SurveyMonkey’ for embedding a form to a page on my site, but for some reason it shows up under the footer instead of in the body. This happens for all visitors except, oddly, for those who are logged in, in which case it displays correctly. It’s very strange.

I have confirmed the script is correct wit SurveyMoneky support, they said it must be a theme or website issue. It’s placed in a HTML block just under the paragraph of text at the top of the page, but as you can see the form shows up under the website footer.
How can we fix this?

This is a little strange, I just tested with the login credentials provided via email and for my was working without any problems. I provided via email a video with this. If for you is are different results, please let me know!

Thanks, Calin. I can log in fine with Edge, Chrome, IE, Firefox, and Brave. It’s only Chrome Beta that won’t work (although I can login with Chrome Beta if I do it in incognito mode). Very strange.
Hi Lacasito70, this problem seems to be quite strange, because when you reinstall the theme, the posts and pages are saved in database and are not affected, also when you change the content for pages, you keep the old page and you change only the content, as results you’ll update the page, you do not publish a new one. Also this became more strange when you said that only few pages are now indexed.
Now I see that your page is displaying in google results -> https://prnt.sc/vu80eo and the page is indexed -> https://prnt.sc/vu80yq also on homepage I can not find now any noindex element -> https://prnt.sc/vu82ay. As long this option is disable https://prnt.sc/vu82xl and you do not have set individual option for noindex -> https://prnt.sc/vu868t then should be no problems. Unfortunately I can not say what happen there, I also asked a developer from our team to see what can be the problem, now I waiting for his answer.

Just to clarify, the 4 tagDiv plugins are completely gone. Not to be found in \plugins directory. Pages and posts are there.
I can hardly think anyone should hack the site only to delete these, especially not in a staging environment. Live site has been ok for 3.5 years with another theme.
Regarding other plugins I have one new, W3 Total Cache. I disabled and cleared cache for this. Disabled also a few others. No child theme.
The good news is that everything came up as it should after installing tagDiv plugins again. Except for one strange thing, I have to regenerate thumbnails.
Hi Lacasito70, indeed when you use a new item, you need first to learn how to use it, after that everything will become easier, this method that you mentioned is applying in al domains.
This seems to be strange, for your details is like the “imported” settings are not saved, can you make a full backup and provide via email access to staging and the live website to make a test for a single post template or a cloud category to see the theme behavior? this will help a lot and will be faster to see if there is a problem with the theme or is some cache or other conflicts.

For your images this seems very strange. Please make sure to disable all the lazy loading options. Maybe you are using some optimizing plugins that have this options and conflict only on firefox.

I’m getting complaints from users of our site that are seeing different responsive versions of the site throughout the day. Sometimes it will look “normal”, other times it will appear as if it is a mobile version of the site or stranger. This happens across different users at different times using different devices. Can you please advise a way by which we can force the layout to only ever be the ‘Large screen’ version on computers and the ‘mobile’ version on mobiles? This seems like an alternate view that we can’t control or edit that appears randomly for users.

I have on my site (www.pinballmag.fr) header live search enabled. However when i search a post it does not show the results in the results page, it does show live search results but not on the search page. For example, visit my website and then click on search and type “stranger” (for stranger things pinball) and click on search button, it will say no results. I don’t understand why…

We’re encountering a strange behavior when we click on posts filtered by elements of our homepage. When we click on a link, the page opens but there isn’t any content on the page. It’s either blank or has reveals a page with only the outer wrapper divs are present. Simply refreshing the page reveals all the content as expected. Is there a fix for this?

Some time ago I bought the “newspaper” template on themeforest. Yesterday I realized that the theme is no longer activated for some strange reason, and in fact the demos template is no longer loaded .. Chrome is fine, but Safari, under the MOBILE SERVICES ‘sub menu’ no professions are showing ?… I have not experienced this before in WordPress.

We faced a strange issue while updating Theme update recently – Ver 10.3.7
So we reverted the update to Ver 10.3.6.1, now its working fine.
There is no issues as such. No console errors. But homepage just shows the title message. Its not reflecting page template as well.

there is a strange situation related to the plugin. when I made this post – I changed the AMP option – from default to transition. the site returned to normal operation; today, as soon as I woke up – the site was totally unconfigured in the mobile option; I did the same procedure again – I pressed in transition on the AMP – and managed to get the site back to normal. what should I do to permanently resolve the error?
