No search results were found in Documentation!
This is so strange because I can still see them in both Firefox and Chrome.
It seems to happen on the second visit to the page and it doesn’t seem to happen on other articles just this one, it’s really strange. can anyone help? thanks

I purchased Newspaper theme on 21st December and I really love how easy to use and efficient it is! I just need your help with a mysterious adv that I noticed right below my articles.
You can see it in the linked page, but it shows right before Disqus comments in every article, is the “sponsored” paragraph:

The strange thing is that I’ve never setted that ad and I haven’t the slightest idea of where it comes out from. It’s not from the advertising that I setted from the them options, nor from any widget. I only use Google ads and you can see the ones I setted in the sidebar, one in the header and one before the tags at the end of the articles.
Can you please help me understand where that one comes from and how can I remove it?

Witouth custom css and with speed booster desactivated, after clearing the cache the problem persists. There are strange effects and flashes at loading.

This process will recreate all the thumbnails from the featured images or videos you have set for the posts. Seems the thumbnails are not created properly at the moment.

Still it seems there are issues with the thumbnails, some are not created properly. This could happen if the server does not have the GD library installed, as mentioned in the guide important note

Please contact your hosting provider and check if that is the case. They should be able to install it, then you can regenerate again. Clear all caching after the process is complete.

i can’t launch ‘Edit with Tag-Div Composer’ anymore
since i update from 8.5.1 to 8.6, today
always infinite load
i use a child theme
i’ve installed nothing else today but this ‘Newspaper 8.6’ update
i tried :
.disable/delete/re install TD-Composer from 8.6 file or 8.5.1 or 8.0
.clear cache (wp super cache)
.switch to main-theme
.restore my provider’s backup to the last time it worked (january 2, 2018)
Strangely, I cannot go back to version 8.5.1
Each time, I always find myself with this version 8.6
I tried an another older date, but it’s the same, everything goes back except newspaper version staying at 8.6, is it normal?
should i force an install with 8.5.1 files ?
So here I am, I do not see what else I can do

but the problem is there is a google authetificator

Something very strange and very random is happening, and it only happens when I use Adsense ads.
Sometimes, instead of appearing the ad, a part of my blog appears in the same place where it should appear the adsense ad.

Also, I’m having javascript errors, like this “TypeError: a.supersubs is not a function”, and that errors only appears when the above problem appear.

1. I see you have installed the black theme demo. Note that the demos consist of custom design as well. A custom stylesheet will be imported, when there is no theme panel option to be used.
The default background can be set like this

But the demo uses custom design instead of the default background. The general color is defined in the demo stylesheet

So you could change it there if that is what you need.
2. Please check the elements present on the page. Edit the page with the tagDiv composer and inspect it. The page will not display extra elements, only what is placed in it.
Also I see there are some thumbnail issues, please regenerate the thumbnails

This is a strange issue, I could not say how the Woocommerce plugin could be affecting the user avatars. From what I see in the homepage the WP user avatar is called for the first author, and Gravatar for the second. While on the post page both are Gravatar.

After the last update – 6th December – the theme continue to restore the following demo images even if I delete them every time:
– tdm_pic_1.jpg
– tdm_pic_2.jpg
– tdm_pic_3.jpg
– tdm_pic_4.jpg
– tdm_pic_5.jpg
– tdm_pic_6.jpg
– tdm_pic_7.jpg
– tdm_pic_8.jpg
So strange and unexpected. It happens ONLY with these images, if I delete my own images, they don’t appear again.
Demo images are restored every time even if I delete them.
Is it possible to fix this issue?

This is a strange issue. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I deleted some image formats that I don’t need. in related articles of the mobile theme however there is one strange thing. If they usually appear as follows
and depending on the format of the device it is used 100×70 or 218×150
some articles contain some formats that I deleted (300×214, 1068×762, 589×420 …) as follow
in particular the 300x format that I have deleted appear before what still exists (218×150) and then surfing with the browser of mobile phone results in a missing image.
Question is: how can I delete in the code the formats that I do not need and that are only present here?

2)Rows and Columns option can be easily viewed if you will hover over the column area. IT seems to be very deductive option for rows and columns as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6smUGWfm9v
3)First of all, make sure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and then, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method in this case, clear all the caches and check the results.
4)Try to follow this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/ because maybe could be useful for you. Also, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using a Cloudflare system and check the results.
5)This type of layout is not available at the moment for this theme, sorry! If you will check our Newspaper theme, there you will found this layout for multipurpose elements.

Take note of the requirement for the server mentioned in the guide. Check the theme system status as well

Then deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins and repeat the regeneration process.

I think it’s a strange idea to put the code in а <footer> container that is visible to all users, not just the administrator. However, it is no less strange that the search engines index it.

Hi, recently i’ve been receiving complaints from clients whose adverts are not appearing on my site using Newspaper.
I’m using Revive (OpenX) to serve the ads, with invocation code in each Ad space in the theme panel.
The ads can be seen on some browsers but are missing on others. Strangely whilst i cannot see the ads in chrome, I can in safari, whereas my colleague is experiencing the opposite.
I’m not sure if this is an issue with Newspaper, wordpress, revive or my server.
Is this anything that others here have experienced?

I have tested your website on Firefox browser and your ads seem to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uX4dJmzZ If the problem will continue to be there, please try to disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the issue will persist, you should contact the Google Adsense department and check the results.

How can I resolve this? Jetpack is a good option or not?
