Hi,
Please check first if WP debug is set to false in the wp-config file
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
That may be why you are seeing those warnings.
Additionally this could be caused by a plugin, please deactivate all plugins except theme plugins. Check if this has any effect. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hello mjehangir,
I saw that you are using the Newspaper Child Theme. Try to switch the theme to the main theme, without any untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
First please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed. Then try the composer on a new page.
Also it could be the issue similar to this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Take a look yourself or ask your hosting provider to check if that is the case.
Let us know the results.

I get the “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!” error message when opening a page in Composer and cannot drag&drop elements to page.
None of the here mentioned solutions work:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-issue-2/
I already deactivated all plugins, deactivated Cloudflare, cleared Browser Cache, checked system status… error remains.
Can you please login my website and try to fix it? Where can I safely provide you my login credentials?
Hello ZubierAbd,
Please check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hi,
The website seems to be having problems at this moment too
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RDGvGsJFr3Sp
I would suggest to contact your hosting provider and have them take a look at the issue. That is an internal server error, they might be able to identify why this is happening.
These would be some general steps to take when this happens
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Also ask them to increase the allocated resources according to this guide, if needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hi,

Hi,
Those are a lot of issues you are facing. Some suggestions would be to first check the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Insufficient resources can cause all kinds of problems. Ask your hosting provider to increase them if needed.
Additionally deactivate all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this has any effect on the issue. If you use Cloudflare try the configuration mentioned here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Let us know the results of these suggestions.
Thanks
Hi,
So the composer is not working properly for you, there are problems saving the pages. It is highly important that the theme system status is set according to the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
In these conditions the theme and theme plugins should work properly. Let us know if there is still a problem after trying this.
Regarding the row and the background, if you want to control the height you could enter an empty space in the row with the background. That element has an option for the height
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0H2Hik9qzS
So set a video background for the row, enter an empty space in it and set a desired height.
Thanks
I was set on homepage youtube playlist video, but video is blank and wont playing if i click, please help?

Hi,
Indeed the website is not very fast, it takes a long time to be fully loaded. Also the counter is not working properly and there are errors on the website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qNZaY37Qy
Make sure the theme requirements are met
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed, according to the guide.
Then try these suggestions. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, clear all caching. Remove custom code added in theme panel or theme files. Make sure you are configuring the counter like mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Website speed optimization has to be made by you, installing the theme will not make the website blazing fast by default. It depends on many factors. There are guides provided by our users and us in order to achieve very good results. Please take a look

Hi,
The system status seems to be set properly. You could try deactivating all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Check to see if this has any effect.
If there is still a problem, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information and FTP access. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
@rsenzon Then something is not working properly with the composer. The display settings should be present for both rows and elements, at the bottom of the CSS tab
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ciNBi3qLu
You could try to deactivate and delete the composer, then install it again. Additionally check the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources. Also as a quick test try deactivating all plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Test to see if the options appear. Let us know the results.
Thanks

I have been running Newspaper on one of my websites since November and I am pretty happy with both the look and features.
In Newspaper systemstatus -> Theme Config -> Speed Booster I get the following message:
“v4.9 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: all-in-one-event-calendar”
The All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly does the job well, but a disabled Speed Booster does not sound good for the always need for speed. Any suggestion to a feature rich calendar that might replace All-in-One.
Would also be good to know how much impact I can expect having Speed Booster enabled will do for improving my site.
Newspaper Speed Booster has an incompatibility with AMP Theme (also Newspaper theme, sold by AMP for WP).
I get this message in the Newspaper Theme > System Status > Theme Config > Speed Booster.
v4.9 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: AMP-Theme-Development-1.6/ampforwp-custom-theme.php
Please advise.
PLS tell me when this will be fixed or what I need to do. I am NOT a programmer. This is VERY urgent. My store opening this week! TIA, jenny lens. Here are msgs:
Your theme (Newspaper) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist – Geolocation will not function. You can download and install it manually from http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/ to the path:/wp-content/uploads/GeoIP.dat. Scroll down to “Downloads” and download the “Binary / gzip” file next to “GeoLite Country”. Please remember to uncompress GeoIP.dat.gz and upload the GeoIP.dat file only.
Thank you!
Hello dylanswims,
Please check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why some icons do not appear. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
That is not normal, the page should be saved properly. No matter how many times you open and edit it, it should not disappear like that. Pages and posts are saved in the database in ideal working situation.
You could take a look to the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed. They could take a look and check if there are any database issues. That could be why page content disappears. Also try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins and monitor the situation to see if it still happens. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
You could contact the hosting provider, have them check the logs. They might be able to identify what exactly is causing the overloading issue. The theme would function properly if the requirements are met
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also try to use the latest theme version and WordPress version.
Thanks
Hello liberoarbitrio,
Most likely, you should update the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ After theme update, check the theme requirements from here ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
That would be the proper file, about the size you mention
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Fb2OB4ePxQ
There are two methods of installing the theme, either through WordPress or FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
The most recommended would be by FTP. If you are receiving that message, maybe the theme size is over the limit in size (post max size). Ask you hosting provider to increase the allocated resources according to this guide, if needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then try installing the theme again through WordPress or try by FTP as well.
Thanks
Hi,
Then maybe it was a coincidence that the issue started after installing that plugin. Try deactivating all plugins leave only theme plugins active. Clear all caching installed. Deactivate any minification set, either by plugin or maybe Cloudflare. Temporarily remove custom code entered in Theme panel or theme files.
Check the theme panel parameters as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed.
There also seem to be some 522 errors present
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zJWjmrvmDS
More about that here
– https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200171906-Error-522-Connection-timed-out
