Hello bemibel,
Unfortunately, I cannot watch your YT Video because all of these seems to be unavailable. If you cannot send me, try to make some useful screenshots with the problem. Also, make sure that your system status is increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for the message!
Hello Flyer87,
Increase the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Maybe, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Also, check the GD Library option to be activated from your dedicated server because this option allows you to load images in your media library.
Thanks for the message!

Well, the TagDiv theme can’t “uncover the problem you’re having” without a lot more info. How about your error log, or debug print out when trying to use them both?
If the plugin is designed to capture external content via cURL (not part of theme), and generate posts, that is part of normal wordpress functions, and nothing in theme would break that.
What version of PHP are you using? Did you try disabling other plugins for conflicts? Turn off any auto-optimization features of plugins, check system status for enough resources and time to run processes, etc.?
Many other plugins like FeedWordPress which captures content from other sites’ RSS feeds works perfectly with the theme.
Did you do *all* the recommendations on that support page to check issues with YOUR setup?
Why not list which actions you have taken to debug, and what issue you ran into.
Theme works; not all plugins may work – more often issue with plugin, not the theme; so it’s up to you to try to sort that out for your particular setup.
Just food for thought. Or, hire a developer to debug for you?
Hello subbareddy,
If there is a problem uploading images in the WordPress library, please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to make these changes for you if needed, they might have a recommended method in this matter.
These are some other possible solutions if the issue persists

Thanks!
Hi,
If you have deactivated all plugins (very important) and the problem persists, please check the theme system status as well. Make modifications if needed according to this guide if necesarry
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting to make theme for you if needed. Then create a new page and edit it with the composer. Do not edit pages built with Visual composer, this can create problems.
If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
Changing the domain will not be an issue with the license. You can reset the theme activation in the theme system status, then activate it on the new location.
Thanks

Hello,
If you cannot install plugins directly it could be a memory allocation issue. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please also test the tagdiv composer on a brand new page, not on existing ones that were built by other page builders. The tagdiv composer will not recognize shortcodes from other page builders and will provide errors if they are found.
Thank you!
Hi,
That referrers to the category tag
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SGQiqqfsGl
If it is enabled in the theme panel, the category tag will be displayed on the slider
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gPvgsSt2zxQ
A possible cause for the revolution slider to not function properly, would be insufficient resources. Check the theme system status and see if it is set according to the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Please check your system status screen and see if speedbooster has not been disabled . Unfortunatly it cannot move every js and css for plugins. by default it has a compatibility functuion that can be removed but we cannot guarantee it will move all of the js and css to the footer.
Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Thanks.
Hi,
@douglassoldan Please try the suggestions provided above, check the configuration of the theme system status first. Ask your hosting provider to make modification if needed, according to the values presented in the guide.
Then check if the issue is still present. To rule out a plugin conflict deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and try again.
If there is still an issue please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, we will take a look.
Thanks

Hi,
First please check the theme system status and make modifications according to this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider to help you, or maybe they can make the changes for you. Insufficient resources can cause the composer to not function properly.
Then try using the composer again. If you have the Yoast SEO plugin installed, make sure this option is disabled, it has been identified to cause problems

Hi,
Maybe the hosting provider can provide more details about what exactly they have identified from the theme, to be causing such issues. The error you mention usually is server related
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-503-service-unavailable-error-in-wordpress/
The theme has these requirements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also some modifications should be made to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The theme and theme plugins should work properly in these conditions.
Thanks
Hi,
That is unusual, all the demos can be installed except that one. Please check the theme system status and see if everything is set properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider to make any required changes if needed. After this deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, to rule out a plugin conflict.
Then try and install the demo again. If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.

“So you mean there are no fonts present in the dropdown selection, in the theme panel font settings”
Yes, that´s correct…no options available, only the default font.
System status is o.k. too. All required modifications made.
Will all I created until now be lost when I reinstall the theme via ftp? If yes, is there another possibility to install the fonts?
Thanks!
Hi,
That is unusual. So you mean there are no fonts present in the dropdown selection, in the theme panel font settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2qJoclxdnxJ
Maybe the theme did not install properly. You could try to reinstall it by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters if needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed. These are basically the theme requirements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Hi,
There should be no problem if the theme system status is set properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If there is still a problem, please try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, then clear any caching installed. Check if this has any effect.
After trying this suggestion, if the issue is still present, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look.

check the system status page in theme to ensure you have enough resources
Hello Arioth,
Make sure that your system status is increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that the Widgetized Sidebar should have to display you all the widgets which are created in Widgets section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hVBjVohR5PAf
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
If the tagDiv composer is not working properly, the chances are that Visual composer will not work properly as well, at some point.
This can be caused by insufficient resources. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed. Then check if the tagDiv composer works as intended.
Please note that over future updates there will be a considerable amount of options added for the tagDiv composer only.
You can continue to use Visual composer, if you don’t want to use the tagDiv composer.
Thanks
