Hello,

It is possible under the current license as you can access the system status and reset the license key: https://www.screencast.com/t/glF1JYXOcVRS and then activate the theme on the new site.

Thank you!

Hello jijivayakal,

First of all, please check your system status to be increased to the high value. If is not, please try to increase it using our guide in this case, here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you have issues with php.ini, please contact your hosting provider and let them know what you are trying to do so they can point you to the correct file. Also, please do not use symbols (!@#$%^&*) for the title of the widgets because it seems that affect the functionality of the sidebar.
For more information about sidebar, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi,

Please check to see if the wordpress parameters are as recommended – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ because this could cause the issues you are having. Also you could try the Ftp installation method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Thanks

Hi,

I am having some troubles to Activate the license.

System Status > Registration key > Your theme is not registered! ( Activate Now )

If I click on the Activate Button I get this error message : Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

I was also trying to update the theme manually by uploading it using FTP but my site goes either down or I am having troubles re-activate my child theme but I cannot remember what was the error message while trying to re-active my child theme.

Can you please help me solve this issue as I assume there is an auto update when your product is successfully activated.

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Please check the status of your speed booster plugin – https://www.screencast.com/t/ty1sRky6 Please note that speed booster is an optional plugin, and only works with the tested plugins. If you have other plugins installed it will be disabled. Please follow this work around method provided here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/ to make it work with other plugins. After these changes check to see if speed booster is active in theme system status, clear your cache, purge cdn files and test the site again. Also take in account that some plugins can have a negative impact on page speed, so try to use as few as possible, or uninstall the unnecessary ones. Here you can see how some of your plugins and ads are affecting page speed – https://www.screencast.com/t/uVNcHZlstdKp delaying the loading of the site.

Thanks

Hi Catalin,

Thanks for your answer, before I put my developer on this, I would like to understand :

If I press “modifiy” on the top bar menu of a category, I see this http://www.screencast.com/t/dgvl5gt12xN9. I dont have visual composer, neither Yoast available. Same thing for the tags.

However, if I press “modify” on the top bar menu of a page. I see this http://www.screencast.com/t/SYwCGpmi13, with visual composer and Yoast available.

Regarding to you, the reason why visual composer and Yoast are not available on “modify” command, would be a wrong setting as described here : https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ ?

Or could there be another issue somewhere else ?

1000 Thanks in advanced 🙂

Sounds like caching issue on your host setup.

Had issue with client, hosted on GoDaddy, similar issue. Had to clear the ‘cache’ in the GoDaddy panel twice to see changes on home page, or product pages.

Also, with Chrome, helps to do the force reset option as well when viewing a page after update.

Not sure that helps – but not theme specific.

But ALSO check the ‘system status’ to ensure you have enough RAM allocated to WP.

We’re not having that issue here, but we have a more controlled setup than you.

(I don’t work here; just been using the TD themes for 3 years now!)

Hi,

Unfortunately Visual composer is recommended to be used only for building pages and has not been tested regarding it’s functionality on posts – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ and may not work properly. You could check the theme’s system status and increase the parameters if required using this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ as this could be a cause if the settings are not being saved.

Thank you for understanding

Hello Berbi,

Please keep in mind that the title page is added by the theme with the H1 tag as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/37XCoCsRUT Notice that the TinyMCE editor from Category is available only if you have installed the Seo Yoast plugin. It seems to have it and also, it should work as expected. Check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hope this helps!

Hello Mudit,

Please try to check the status of your Speed Booster. I suppose that is disabled because the td-api-plugin is not part of Allowed plugins for Speed Booster. Notice that the Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
After this changes, please ensure that the Speed Booster is on active mode and then try again. Clear all your cache, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hope this helps!

Check with your hosting service to fix some of the host-related settings.

See the official WordPress docs (wordpress.org) to learn how to add custom elements to your wp-config.php file, such as increasing default memory from 40M to 128M, etc.

Theme docs can also be some small help, here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

(I don’t work here.)

Hello rutendoc,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello joeville9ja,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that if you are using some untested plugins, all of these do not influence and interfere with your theme core files and cause this issue. To be safe, try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. After this, ensure that your system status parameters are according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hi,

Please make sure you have increased your system status parameters according to this tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If you have already done this and still have problems, try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, check or remove any custom code you may have entered in theme panel or to the theme files and try again.

Thanks

Hi Catalin,

As mentioned, I have tried disabling all plugins and left VC active and hat problem still persists.

I’ve checked the system status and all seems fine.

Any other ideas?

Hi Catalin,

Problem is still here: Theme version is 7.7, Visual Composer is 5.0.1 (from latest theme package). Problem is the same with plugins disabled and system configuration is OK according to: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

One one of my other sites where I do not have this problem, theme version is 7.6.1 and Visual composer is Version 4.12.1.

They are hosted on the same server.

Any ideas?

K
