After installing the new ‘London News’ demo with content, we are unable to edit it in tagdiv composer. The following error pops up: “Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.”
System status shows all values are OK, and disabling security plugins has no effect. On a similar post we found your answer to include adding <IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule> to the .htaccess file, however this causes a server error. Do you have any other suggestions please?

I have imported the full default demo and am customising it. I want to import another single post template as I cannot edit the current one. However, I am not able to load Cloud Templates despite following all your instructions and having a green system status. See screen capture of the system status.

All system requirements are met as per https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/. You can see my server specs.

Looking at other solutions, on this forum, I tried with WP Super Cache installed and uninstalled.
I also deleted the cache.
I am not using CDN.

Can you tell me what is the solution?

The “Newspaper system status” tells me “Your theme is not registered”.

When I try to do so and push the button “activate now” I get an error message from WordPress telling me “Unfortunately you are not authorized to access this page.”

Please advise. I tried a lot to fix this but to no avail. The theme as such seems to work OK.

today i use w3 total cache pluging then in the system status it shows this plugin not comfortable with mobile theme.can i use wp rocket premium cache plugin to fix comfortable with mobile theme.

Hi, I purchased the newspaper theme a few days ago and installed it locally on my pc with xampp so I could test it, I did unlock all features by entering the purchase code.
Now yesterday the theme was installed online and when I wanted to unlock all features I saw that I needed to unregister my local installation again in order to unlock all features as only 1 purchase code per website is allowed.

I hope I did this right but I first reset my key on my local offline installation under system status and themeconfig and then activated the key on my online website which worked.

When I want to unlock all features however and enter my purchasecode it says purchase code invalid, it also says “If you want to use your purchase code on another domain, please deregister it first”.

Where do I deregister?

I want to enter my license key to activate the theme. But when I go to the Newspaper, the ‘Activate Theme’ tab is not appearing. It shows only the following tabs: Welcome, Plugins, Support, Install Demo, System Status, Updates and Theme Panel. But I cant see any ‘Activate Theme’ tab so I don’t know where to enter the license key. I had activated it once before but I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times since I am experimenting and trying out different demos.

Could you please tell me how I can re-active the theme after I have uninstalled and re-installed it?

Note: I am using the theme in only one domain and I am not trying to use it in multiple domains.

Bug1: After Installing Newspaper theme in Admin Pannel I have to see only three tabs WELCOME,PLUGINS and SUPPORT.Am not able to see system status ,theme panel, demo install tabs in newspaper tab.

I’m updating the theme for a site that was previously using Newspaper 3.5 and in the test site I have running, none of the changes in the theme panel will save. I’ve activated the theme and the systems status looks good enough. There are some plugins throwing errors, but deactivating does not get the theme panel working. save button in TD COMPOSER KEEPS LOADING ENDLESSLY WHENEVER I MAKE SOME EDITS. THE WORK IS SAVED BUT THE BUTTON KEEPS LOADING FOREVER SO I HAVE TO RELOAD THE PAGE WHICH makes ME UNCOMFORTABLE AND MAKES THE WORK HARD ESPECIALLY THAT IVE JUST BOUGHT THE THEME AND IM working on MY WEBSITE
