In system status, all shows in green now. When I paste the code and email address it loads and still shows not activated. Why is that?

It didn’t reset the newspaper theme. When I activate it, it now says:
An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key
Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.
If you don’t have a valid license key, you can get one now and continue to enjoy the full benefits of this great product.
Please reset my key from your site and I’ll reactivate.
This is when I tried to edit the content in tagdiv composer, and when I try to edit the text in “Text with Title”. As soon as I click on the black button “Edit Content”, I get the error that I mentioned in my original post.
And, I tried to update my Newspaper to the latest version but I don’t have the tab for Update. The tabs that I have are, Welcome, Plugins, Support, Install Demos, System Status, and Theme Panel.
Is there any other way to find what version that I have and to update it to the latest version?
I have been using newspaper with zero problem for years.
Unregistered from old site (deleted host) and activated on new site.
It activate fine but then within 1-90 minutes it’ll say the following when trying to use the pre-built templates:

If you get a message like this“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” ,then you can solved this problem in this way:
go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login (to can login in WordPress admin zone) and the license. We will take a look at the problem and we’ll fix it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Not that we care about advertising and we love (we even pay for!) tagdiv products, but when it comes to a site that needs to squeeze the most out of the scarce server resources, everything superfluous gets in the way. I thought it would be something temporary and at first we let it… But it’s done, guys… So, how do we deactivate it?

When I installed the momentum pro demo, it said the server is misconfigured. System status shows green icons only. No warning there. It installed the demo.
After saving menu and logo, they randomly disappear from the pages. I can see the logo in theme options but not on the website after it disappears. Menu is lost completely. I need ot add menu items again and it disappears again.
Anyone has this problem or how can I solve it?
I use both Wordfence and Malcare and both are showing me its not a hack job, increased the max input values just to make the system status to check out. I am now out of options and the client is on my neck. Need your help
PS: You can check the site and try out various links if you have some time on you. They get fine and then get messed

Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.
Also, please check this guide about deny code https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ ->
Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and try to open the WP Editor.
Please check the console https://imgur.com/bRYwbvE if you have any errors when you try to open the wp editor, maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

To re-enable the activation of your license, go to the System Status Tab in the Newspaper Welcome Dashboard and reset the Registration Key. Once completed, you can activate the license again by entering the Purchase Code.
To activate the Newspaper theme, please visit the following URL: Newspaper Theme Activation Guide. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to activate the theme successfully.
Go to Newspaper -> System Status -> Disable ‘tagDiv advertisement’.

Our system URL shows as wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_system_status
when we change as described it jumps back to the same
/admin.php?page=td_system_status
Please advise what to do
We are using PHP 8.1

I am seeing the following message. However, I have checked & all the theme requirements do meet.
tagDiv Importer detects that your server is not properly configured.
Don’t worry, the importer will continue to install the demo after you

Also, there are many plugins for a dark mode that can be used with the Newsmag theme, for example – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-dark-mode/
