When I try to update the site from ver 11.5.1 to the newest version, the pages break totally. Please help! I have renewed support and need theme support to visit site and see what is the problem there. I tried updating theme + plugins + WordPress the latest versions in my staging environment. The production environment (link below) is still with 11.5.1 version that works:

The ads are also not loading after the latest newspaper theme update on infinite scroll pages anwywhere.
So this is definitely an error from the Newspaper theme end and not anywhere else.

To test out we just went back to Google Adsense setup and they are also now not loading on infinite load pages on desktop.
Please look in to this, after latest theme update none of the ads including Google Adsese are loading on infinite load pages.

I understand, but sometimes it is quite difficult to keep compatibility with many plugins, maybe it can be find another solution or use the one with custom fields.
To do this you need to have 3 custom fields, one for name, link and image -https://i.imgur.com/EKP5wiY.png add the value in those fields – https://i.imgur.com/qghyxYZ.png then on single post template add a custom filed, select the mane and in url type the ‘{cf_link}’ – https://i.imgur.com/zRNgEqZ.png (replace link with the name of your url) – then add another custom filed where you choose the image – https://i.imgur.com/JDzTQtl.png and after that all that needs is to adjust the elements. The results will be – https://i.imgur.com/lreLElU.png
Unfortunately, I do not know if there will be an update theme for this, at least not quite soon, sorry!

1. There should be a plugin conflict because even the scroll is not working. And if you click everywhere on your site, it will redirect you to another site. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
2. If you want to see the mobile page for your desktop version, then you should uninstall the Mobile theme & AMP plugin.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1) Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2) Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3) Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Hi, we had a similar issue, it seems we lost a number of Header Templates after updating:
Left is the live site. Right is the dev site. looks like things were removed.
Please confirm:
Are we supposed to create a global header using the cloud set up for what we used to get from the theme in that “Header Style” area.?
With the last update, they started to remove different template options. Forcing us to move to using the cloud stuff.

1 – So far it seems one plug-in doesn’t work with the theme at all – could you let me know about that, as mentioned before, PublishPress Authors doesn’t seem to work.
2 – And the other plug-in works, but doesn’t allow the functionality I need.
3- As for using the custom field, do you have information on how to add the link and photo?
4 – Lastly, do you have expectations to add this functionality to the theme in a next theme update?

I hit the latest update and my site basically shut down. My host provider helped and uninstalled tag-div – my site will show, however the newspaper theme does not work now

Our developers tried to improve it more and more, optimize it as much as they could in every update, and also bring in new features.
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try to run the update of the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
If you have some custom modifications in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after every update.

The latest version of Newspaper theme caused a critical error on our WordPress site around September 30, 2023.
Previous version works, but we’re forced to hold out for a fix before we can update.
Is this a known issue?
