Hi, after template update I can’t see ads on my homepage and category page, but on post page it works almost OK. On post page is header ad invisible too.

I am using amp+mobile plugin and created a About us page with cloud template and edited with composer.
Now the problem is that it is working well on desktop but when i check the page on mobile, it shows nothing except header and footer.

Please make sure you have the latest version (11.3.2) of the theme, plugins and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If your settings from the theme panel are missing and you use default templates, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active.

Yes, I got the website working again by updating the required tagdiv plugins. I updated from newsmag 4.9 within the wordpress dashboard.

Now about the above problem. How did you update the theme and from what version? The tagDiv Composer plugin was updated? Also did you made a test only with theme plugins?

I’m sorry, but I can not understand what you are looking for, but we have 3 options of mobile versions:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
If you do not need Mobile Theme plugin layout, then please uninstall it from Newspaper -> Plugins. If you need mobile pages(2), then please make sure you’ve assigned the mobile page to the desktop one.

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

Which is brilliant, but that wasn’t my question, but I might not have explained myself properly.
The icons listed, where you selected “button icon” do not appear to be up-to-date with the current Font Awesome library. As the example I provided, the discord icon is not listed within the newspaper theme but is listed in the most recent font awesome library.
How do we update the icon library (with in the newspaper theme) with the latest font awesome version?

Hi,
Please try to do a clean install of the theme. Download the latest theme version form Envato and follow this guide to install it via ftp – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then deactivate and delete the old version of Visual composer and social counter, and install the new ones from the theme package – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Then configure the social counter again and it should work properly for you.
If you still have problems, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look.
You can activate the theme on a sub-domain for testing purposes and then activate in on the live site. You can use the reset key option available in the theme system status.

If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme.

I can not automatic update in wordpress at the moment.
So I gave a try to do manual update by FTP.
After that, can not update all plug-ins which are related with Newspapers Theme.
And also can not put the registration key.

I am using the Newspaper theme and it is really very nice. Currently I am using the Theme with the version 9.3.7
Now I have to update the theme with the latest version 11.3.2
But If I directly update theme, It breaks the sites and all the shortcodes that generates by the td Composer plugin.

Hopefully a super quick question.
I’m wanting to apply an icon to a button, however the icon I am wanting to use (a discord icon) is not in any of the icon sets provided. In font awesome it is icon f392, or class=”fab fa-discord” how can I update the icon sets provided to get newer icons?
