We are wanting to edit the Post Loop that is used on our Cloud Template used to display the content for categories. We would like to add some content under the Sample post title text. Just need to know the location of the file needing to be edited. What is the difference between Post loop and Post Loop 2 blocks? Where are those files located as well?
We Would like to use the child theme method. Please share instructions for this as well so when we do updates it will not be an issue. Thank you.

This is quite a strange situation. What I suggest is to check the problem step by step.
The archive is set to display the latest posts in archive or random posts? If is on latest and are display old posts, then most possible to be a plugin conflict.
That code, like you said it is a css, that it is apply for that block so if the problem is solved after you update the page, it can be from some object cache or a plugin conflict.
The last problem seems that the response version is not apply correctly, now this also in most cases it is related to cache plugins.
What I can suggest is that first to make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem is still persist.

@siobhan110 If your settings from the theme panel are missing and you use default templates, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active.
Please make sure you have the latest version of the WordPress, theme, plugins and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Make a test, deactivate the cache plugin, clear the cache from your browser and see the results.

I have updated the theme to 11.3.2 https://prnt.sc/20hc71g. After that, the layout of the site broke! Revert to previous version didn’t help.

Those shortcodes and the error are from tagDiv Standard Pack, and this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.

I’ve checked your website and it seems you haven’t the Mobile Theme plugin or AMP.
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. If you’ll use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. The same thing for AMP plugin too. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.

If you are referring about the flex blocks, then you should change the way of functioning. So, this means to edit the theme’s files which I do not recommend. Any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again.

and I made an update of the “required” plugins like TagDiv Composer, And the styles of my header a some went totally wrong, and some elements in my pages were missing.
Do you know what happened? This is a Newspaper website, I cant’t have the fear of “updating” if theme is asking for, and have some “surprises” like this if the website is visited every day. Today, I noticed that all my Flex blocks were no longer working (e.g. on my homepage http://www.thevillage.be), but I managed to redo them all. Then, later, I noticed that in fact, NONE of the posts on my site are loading (e.g. https://www.thevillage.be/the-first-village-baby-eamons-birth/) and that I no longer have a choice of post templates via the theme panel, nor font settings for posts, which I’m sure I used to have.
Have I missed some huge updates to all this? Or is it possible that I’ve done something to mess up everything to do with posts on my site? Thanks for any help.
As a result of the latest update, I find that the text in articles-ONLY IN THE MOBILE THEME-is centered instead of flush left. How to correct? Please advise.

Ive seen its normal now for newspapers around the world to run News Feeds, lets say for one day or one subject, where they update all short news, and the last one just on top, every postst shows author, date. time (or have listen or other features), but its still just one page. Next day, there might be a new page. SO visiters really only need to open one page to see and reads lots of posts.
Would NEWSPAPER offer this feature ?
