The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Indeed if you use WP 5.5 then you need to use Newspaper 10.6.1 or 10.3.7 because the compatibility was added only in 10.3.6.1
What you can do is to use and WP under 5.5 or update the theme.
Now I understand that your website is base on WpBakery, what you need to to is to use enable tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Standard pack and WPBakery, do not activate tagDiv Cloud Library because these plugins are not compatible.
Now because you have an old version, is possible that after update to appear some problems, but most of them we should be able to help to fix.
Unfortunately there is no plugin or tool that can convert the content made with WPBakery in content for tagDiv Composer, sorry!
What I suggest is to try this on staging or sub-domain to not affect the live website and after the update is stabilized you can change it on live website.

The auto update button was added only in Newspaper X, what you need to do is to make a full backup to your website and make the theme update using the method B from this guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ or better try first the update on subdomain or staging and only after that on live website.

You can edit the mobile layout using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/WdjlIo1.jpg select the flex block 1 and set on mobile view -> https://i.imgur.com/M1vO4kh.png then in layout you can set the numbers of modules per row -> https://i.imgur.com/Rnxn6m2.png
Unfortunately the number of posts is global for all view ports. If you want to have only one post on mobile, what you can do is to hide the current flex block on mobile and set another one with only one post, this need to be hide on rest of view ports and display only on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/sM3qAkk.png, unfortunately this option will increase your page size.
Another option is to try the new option for mobile page -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

If is on pages then is possible to be a problem from our theme, we reported this to our developers to check what can be the problem and provide a fix as soon as possible, therefore it will be soon a theme update that should fix these kind of warnings.

In order to reduce the time for icons you need add this code in head section:

Hi SvijetS, I see that on your website https://www.svijetsigurnosti.com/ you are still on Newspaper v10.3.6.1 there is a new version, but I recommend to wait few days until we’ll release a new package, this will have fixes for all bugs that we found. I think that the update will be at the and of this week or at the start to next week.
In case that this problem, is from our theme it will fix, but if is from a plugin, you must check the plugins compatibilities, and is very good that you are using a test website for this, you can use it for updates and all the problems and other problems without affecting the live website.

our developers are informed about those warnings about -> td-multipurpose, also there will be soon a theme update with some fix for the problems that were found after theme update, and this problem is one of them, that our developers are investigate to fix it.

1. Now I can not say that it will work or not, I do not know this, because when Newsmag v4.6 was released I do not know if it was php 7.2. Most of the time, you can use an old version with a new php version, but if that php version has some changes in structure

2. Yes, if you set some custom code in theme files, this will be lost when you’ll make the theme update, but in most cases these changes can be se in a child theme. Also the settings from theme panel are set in database and these should be saved during the theme update.

3. You can use any of these methods, but in this case the best way is to use the method B (Update the theme via FTP).

4. Normal yes, it can appear some problems if you update an old theme to the last version, for this I recommend to make first the update on sub-domain, staging or localhost and only after you see that there are no problems to update the live website.
