Since the recent update I am having an issue saving changes with the TagDiv Composer. After clicking save, it just spins without completing the process.
I have checked the updated theme requirements and increased the memory limit.
When I am on TagDiv Composer and Go to Chrome Developer Tools I get the following errors:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () font-newspaper.css:1
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () /wp-json/td-composer/save_post?
Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

There has been an issue identified, seems that the mobile theme plugin is causing the problem. If you use the mobile theme please deactivate the plugin and check if this solves the composer saving issue.
A theme update will be released as soon as possible. Let us know if the mobile theme is the cause of the problem in your case.

I have already followed these troubleshooters. This is not related to Adsense and this is related to the theme. Because Article inline Ad container itself not loading. If this is related to Adsense then the ad should not be displayed in mobile. But this is not the case here. Ads are displaying properly in mobile but not in the desktop. There are so many posts not displaying ads in my site. This is happening only after I updated the theme and WordPress.

Plugin files cannot be modified in a child theme, so any modifications to them will be lost after a theme update when all the plugins are updated. Old versions of the plugins cannot be used with a newer theme version.

I think a lot of users would love to see something like this in future updates. One click access to profile menu, could work with Buddy Press, Ultimate Member, etc. Could even have something similar to Twitter’s mobile UI with one-click icons for profile, messages, notifications, feed, etc. at the main menu. Thoughts?
I just recently upgraded to the newspaper theme 9.2 according to my system status and now the thumbnails on the posts do not show – anyone else having this issue?
The bundled plugin works fine. But the plugin is asking to update. “There is a new version of Cryptocurrency Price Ticker Widget available. View version 1.9.2” If i update it to the latest version the live ticker is getting invisible. Sorry i cannot share the screenshot because it is a live site and i have reversed the plugin update.

We upgraded to WordPress 5 and have updated the theme to 9.2 as well. We are facing a strange thing.
Sometime when we open the site in normal or incognito mode. The theme does not load. All we see is grey pay. No error nothing. We just have to browser refresh it and then we are able to see the site load.
It is happening in the desktop version only.
What could be reason?

Noticed you use a very old version of Jquery, am I safe to update to the new one, if so, how?
I have the same problem since I updated the new version weeks ago. The images do not load most of the time. I have deleted all the caches and disabled Lazy Load. It still does not work. What solution do you have?
After the last update (9.2) my site has been down and/or loading extremely slowly (2 minutes per page). The database is showing constant theme related errors now (see below). The site is using minimal server resources and had been working well/fast for the past several months. No server changes have been made. Any assistance would be appreciated.
The site uses WPML but I have just tested with only a minimal set of plugins and it still runs extremely slowly.

I’ve activated the plugin, “tagDiv Mobile Theme”, but unfortunately sometimes the site apparently does not recognize this plugin, and the site appears in the normal mobile mode of the theme, because this is happening ….
The image 1, is recognizing the plugin or is this correct, but already the image 2, does not recognize the plugin and in addition often the images does not appear

The flickering issue will not affect the website visitors, it is visible when the tagDiv composer is used to edit a page. It happened only on Chrome, however it is fixed now in the new theme version.
Please try with other browsers.

If you made update to WordPress 5.0 please make update to the last version of theme too.
Also you can try to deactivate and delete the AMP plugin and see if the error is still there if not try to install the AMP plugin again.
If there is still a problem please provide some more details and some screenshots with the problem you have.

I have updated to WordPress 5.0 and Newspaper 9.2. After that few of my post are showing Article inline Ad and few are not showing article inline ad. This is happening only in the desktop version. I’m using a mobile theme for the mobile version and it is working properly there.

Same problem here.
Just updated today and immediately stopped working.
From what i see: now i have stopped cache plugin and cancelled Chrome cache and the website LOADS FINE WHEN LOGGED OUT but stop loading thumbes WHEN LOGGED IN.
Maybe thats why staff cannot experience the bug.
But this is with both plugin and browser cache disabled..
