Most demos contain custom design, the one you have installed sets these parameters for the logo when using header style 10

If you were to remove that customization from the shown file, the issue would be solved. But if the theme will be updated this operation will have to be done again.
Why does this customization not look the same for all pages? because of the h1 the logo is included in when there is no other h1 in the page.
This interferes with the demo customization, some CSS is not applying properly. That is the case for the homepage you currently have. The category pages for example have a h1

The temporary solution is to use the code I provided until this is fixed by us. For reducing or removing that shift, enter the code directly in the theme stylesheet, at the bottom.

Thanks for this. Having the team implement the function by default is good. I meant to say shortcode not widget. I tried several solutions online but each code threw a syntax error in functions.php. I once saw a similar thing implemented a few years back in a certain forgotten website but I just cannot remember how the person did it (though it was for related posts, not next previous navigation). I will keep the current format and see what it becomes of in future updates.

Please remove all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files, update the theme and check the results.

Update 2: Problem Solved, htaccess was blocking it
Update: I manually installed required plugins and tried to activate theme after that, nothing changed… White blank screen again
Since our plugin was introduced this is the first time I see such issues. There have been no other reports from the many users that have installed and are using our AMP plugin as we speak.
So it would be safe to say that the problem is specific to your case. We will try to help you.
What exactly do you mean by “may be due to google update”? There was no issue before that point? What did you do before the errors started to happen?
Could you analyze more where you are getting these errors and provide more details about them?

Google would only expect AMP if this is specified like this, in the page source

The tag pages don’t have these required elements, so it would be impossible that Google detects tag pages with AMP available.

The latest version of the theme and wp super cache are fully compatible and there should be no conflict. From what I can see the tagDiv composer is not active. It should update automatically, but sometimes this fails. If it fails the plugin will be deactivated.

So you want that page “ALBUMRECENSIES” to show up in the mega-menu, instead of the sub-category page. The mega-menu only works with categories, displays posts from categories. It is not supposed to display pages, that is what the page menu would be for.
But what would be the purpose of including the page instead of the sub-category exactly? Category templates can now be built just like pages, with the tagDiv composer so the design of the category page is not a problem.
Maybe leave it as a category maybe, and design a category template as you want with the tagDiv composer. You can make the category template exactly as the page you created with the flex block

Please try and make use of the available theme options instead of code modifications if possible, these might not work with future theme modifications by update or even be lost after an update.
We try to add more features with each update, more multi-purpose options for both news publishing and other areas. But these take time and lots of testing.

How did you actually implement the “rel” parameter for the pagination? Currently the theme does not set these parameters for the pagination, I believe this will be added in a coming update.

1. The Newsmag theme does not have any options for a wider layout, the tagDiv composer provided with it as well does not. This would be one of the differences between the Newsmag theme and the Newspaper theme which is more flexible and has lots of increased or full width capabilities.
Forcing an increased width by code is not recommended, this will most likely damage the layout and elements inside it.
2. With the theme version you are using Instagram and the social counter (if you use it) will probably not work. Due to changes made by most socials quite a while back, we had to modify the theme to adapt to the new code. This happened in theme update 4.3, changelog here at the bottom of the page

Update the theme and Instagram and other socials should work again. Be sure to clear any cache you have after updating. Also the browser cache, or force refresh the page a few times (Ctrl+Shift+R).

Check if there are enough resources and the required PHP modules are active. Contact your hosting provider if necessary.
There will be problems with the theme and plugins if there are not enough resources.
Also do not edit pages created with WPBakery (Visual composer) with the tagDiv composer, this may result in damaged pages.

Hello everyone, Last night I tried up updating my them via WordPress and it kept on showing page not found. So I used fillezilla to upload the entire theme folder. After activating the 8.8 theme my site (nmdb dot tv) started looking the way it looks now.

Did you update the plugins as well? Clear cache/disable cache plugins if any?
Going from 7 to 8 is major upgrade. Any custom child theme elements will also need to be redone; so you may have to disable child theme from 7 when going from 8.
Hi, I have the same problem with newspaper v. 8.8.2: the TagDiv Pinterest Widget has stopped working and gives me this message “pinterest data error: Please check your board name”
I have updated both WordPress to v.4.9.8 and Newspaper theme to 8.8.2 and the widget stopped working.

No. You will have to make the changes in the mobile folder of the parent theme. Ensure you keep backups to ensure your changes are not lost in theme updates and also to look at the changelog for theme updates to see if any files have changed.
