I have checked your website and I saw that big white space. Also, I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins, including a youtube embed and etc. which are not tested with our theme and which might cause many problems in theme. I have noticed that this plugin adds some classes and custom CSS in the theme which damage the layout and that’s why that white space it appear. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Plese keep in mind that all of these plugins which you are using on your side are not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with these and also, we cannot provide support for those untested plugins, sorry!

This is how the Visual Composer element works, we don’t alter the Visual Composer code or functionality, the theme was designed to support the plugin and we register our own blocks. On our blocks we use add_image size function and the thumbs are used on modules and blocks, you can read more about this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/ so you can use tagdiv blocks if you want.

Please keep in mind that Visual Composer come bundled with our theme and you will have to use only the version which comes with the theme and not other to achieve better results. Our latest version of the theme is Newspaper 7.1.1 and the right version for required plugins are -> Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1.
As you can see, all the plugins are in constant development. Each plugin will have to be checked with our theme for a good working and this process it may take a while. For example, the latest version of Visual Composer is 4.12 and the latest version of the plugin which has been tested with our theme is 4.11.2. In the future, after our developers will check this latest version of Visual Composer with the theme and they will find that the theme does not need to do some adjustments for, we will release an update with the latest version of Visual Composer (4.12). Until we will release the update with these latest versions you will have to ignore these messages.
So, please notice that if you want to have the latest version of the Visual Composer, you will need to have the additional license of this plugin and also, we cannot say for sure if this version of Visual Composer will work 100% with the theme because this version it is in testing.

I want to underline the fact that our theme is in constant development and we working hard that it to be updated with the latest version of plugins. So, I suppose that you are using the latest version of WordPress which is 4.5.2 and if you are not using the latest version of the theme, you will not bring the best results here. Also, you will have to use the latest tested version of Visual Composer (4.11.2) with the theme because if you are using an older version of it, also, you will not bring the best results and the Composer will not work. So, if you are using an older theme version of the theme and if you not planning to reinstall/update the theme to the latest version, then you will have to downgrade the WordPress and Visual Composer from an older version if you want that your theme to work as expected. Please keep in mind that for every time when Visual Composer will release a new version, we will release a new update with the latest version of the theme which is adjusted to this version of a plugin, for better results. So, if you have updated these plugins to the latest version of them and if your theme is not updated to the latest version of it, the chances are high to not working as properly.
Please keep in mind that we cannot offer support for older version of the theme, but only for the latest, because this area is in constant development and we have to keep up technologies advanced.

Your problem originates from the latest version of wordpress. You use an old version of the theme and an old version of visual composer. You have visual composer 4.6.2 but for the latest version of WP you need version 4.11.2 as there were a few compatibility issues that needed fixing. Please updfate your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then update your plugin by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Please also make sure you update the social counter plugin as well after you update.

Please try to disable ALL the plugins and leave just the Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that your plugins to interfere between them and might cause some unknown issues.

Please try to deactivate all plugins except for visual composer and revolution slider, then clear all caches: plugin, browser, hosting or a cdn server if you use it.
Then test the slider again. If the problem goes away, then you need to identify the plugin that is creating the conflict and remove/replace it.

if you want to remove the tags for a particular block and not all blocks of that type, then you can add a custom css class on the row in visual composer and use css to hide the category tags.

Then I would use this code to hide the tags for this row only:

The plugin cannot be activated so you can ignore the message.
As for the social counter, please make sure you use the latest version of the plugin (4.1) This version is included in the latest theme version 7.1.1 and then simply disable and delete your current social counter and install it again from the new theme package you download from envato.

After everything is set up, please clear all caches as the counter is affected by cache.

There is no need to add css for custom fonts. You can simply add it to the custom fonts section and then selecting it for your elements from the frop-down. I will post here a more specific guide than the documentation for all users to benefit from:
Here is a step by step guide on how to add custom fonts to your content:

1) Download your preferred font but you need to make sure it’s a woff file. If it’s not, you need to search for a tool of converting fonts to a .woff format. (there are free online tools like fontsquirrel.com)

2) Upload your woff file to your server in any path you want (It has to bee inside your main wordpress instalation)

3)Add the full path to your .woff file. A full path looks like this:
http://mydomain.com/wp-content/customfonts/Angeline Vintage_Demo.woff
I created a “customfonts” folder in wp-content
If I were to add the font in the main root directory of wp, the correct path would be this one:
http://mydomain.com/Angeline Vintage_Demo.woff
It needs the absolute path to the font file no matter what folder structure you choose to have.
In order to check if the path you entered is correct, you can copy it into the browser as a standard url and the browser should download the file. If it provides a 404 error, it means the path you entered for your font is incorrect.

5) Now your font will appear in the fonts dropdown so you can select it for your preferred elements: http://screencast.com/t/yrxW9kdQ0oH

This method does not require css to work.

@david If custom fonts do not apply to all your pages, there must be some css overwriting the font. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If this does not fix it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and inspect the issue.

As I can see, you are using some untested plugins which bring your photo on your post page. On the future, please try to set a featured image for each post because the Facebook will bring this when the post is sharing on the Facebook. Also, please notice that our theme is not tested with this type of plugin and to avoid some errors that may appear in theme, please try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
