I’ve check your website and I saw your problem with Category pagination. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundle with our Theme and try again. The problem may be caused by conflicting plugins.

You cannot ‘turn’ categories into pages but you can create pages in visual composer and then redirect your category links to the pages. You can use a 301 redirect plugin to get it done. Then you can simply create a page and just filter the desired category on all blocks.

Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and woocommerce, clear your cache and purge files if you use cdn and check if the error is still there to rule out a plugin conflict.
You can also try to update the theme to the latest version 6.6.1 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and also check for other version of the woocommerce plugin.

The theme ad system was designed to work with adsense code and custom image+link banner ads, other codes may not be displayed. Also, you can use Visual Composer to place your Ads in your website if you are using Text Block, like this: http://screencast.com/t/cGZ2h8dVy .
You could try to use a plugin and see if it works and paste the shortcode in theme ad spots, many users use AdRotate plugin.

Hi,

Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN, then check if you still have this issue. Also it could be a host issue, it may block the access to the admin-ajax.php file, please check the browser console for errors while the “save settings” process it running. If this is the case you have to contact the host administrator and inform him about this.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to split sub-menus but there is an alternative. You can create a page in visual composer and use a wp menu element http://screencast.com/t/UUkQWG4wB2t to create a custom menu on that page on as many columns as you want http://screencast.com/t/zPzhkdFNk5b and then assign the page to the mega-menu. It could be a number of things that interfere with the homepage. Maybe you have other plugins that interfere with contact form and the page template used. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer and contact form and see if the problem is still there.

Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to populate all four sections of the grid with the newest post from four different categories. The algorithm of sorting posts in big grid is by latest articles from your category. If you set some 4 different categories, the Big Grid will display you the ultimate/latest posts in your categories per total, not individual for each category. Big grid is a single complex structure and will display the latest post per total not only by categories. I hope you understand how this works. If you want to make to function the Big Grid what you want, it is necessary to make some customization in core file and also are required custom work.
To display more levels you need custom modifications and I suggest to hire a freelancer to do this for you as we cannot provide custom work at this time, sorry!

Another possibility for you, would be to use this scheme in Visual Composer, to achieve what you want: Big slide + Block 3 (set the limit post number to 1) + Block 15 (set the limit post number to 2), like this: http://screencast.com/t/cgx5O3HTl – http://screencast.com/t/eJsutCef0Dx – http://screencast.com/t/4U2drugHSjR3 After, then you can set each block to a different category, as well.

But there will be no featured image unfortunately because featured images are for posts not categories. You cannot assign a featured image to a category.

For a cache plugin we recommend WP Super Cache. It’s free of charge.
As for css and js , you can use the tagdiv speedbooster plugin. Just install it from the plugins area->add new and select it from the plugins folder that comes with the theme. The speedbooster app has a plugin compatibility list and if it finds plugins that are not on that particular list it will shut down. I have checked your website and everything seems to be in order(apart from a few images in the big grid. try to upload bigger images or use the thumbnail upscale plugin together with force regenerate). I have not found any errors or content shifting. Maybe you fixed it in the meantime? It could be a plugin conflict. If the problem reappears please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it.

Unfortunately, we have not tested the theme with others page builder. Our theme has been tested to use only the Visual Composer page builder. Maybe it could be possible to use a different page builder….I do not know which will be the behavior of the theme, sorry. You can try to test a different page builder and you will see the results.

Just make sure to do a back-up in case something goes wrong. It also depends on what version you are updating from. If you still use version 4, then some things will not work, as version 6 is a totally different theme. A few options got removed and a few more got implemented. Follow the steps in the tutorial above and things should workout.

So this happens only on post where you use that plugin Easy Smooth Scroll Links unfortunately we did not tested this with the theme so I cannot provide any suggestions.
Also please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have issues. If the issue persist please provide you site url so we can inspect this.
