Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if the problem persist.
If you still have this issue please create a test page and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access so we can take a closer look at this as I’m not really sure what settings you use. Also paste a link to this topic so we can know who you are.

Hi Potpotsie,

Please try to disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge your CDN files if you use and try it again. Notice, please install only the plugins which comes bundle with our theme. Also, if you are using a natural small images, you can use a plugin to upscale, like Upscale Thumbnails plugin. Please try these suggestions and if after this the problem is still there, let us know.

In order to disable the sidebar in the mobile menu you can use custom css:

.td-ss-main-sidebar{
display:none!important;
}
}
Note that this code will only work for a sidebar (standard sidebar from widgets area) it will not work for pages that use 2 column visual composer rows.

The theme doesn’t control the og: meta data and you have to use a plugin for this. We recommend Yoast Seo please check this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ Also disable all the plugins except of Visual Composer and Yoast and use fb debugger to see if you get the same errors(fetch new scrape).

@Shady Raymond Also for Newspaper theme the procedure is the same, please make sure you install the Yoast plugin and check the page source if you og meta data are added. Also you can use fb debugger tool.

You need to check in the theme zip file, downloaded from Themeforest to see if you have the old version 4.

Is not recommended to go back to an older version. You need to have the latest version because the latest version is compatible with latest Visual Composer plugin and also with the latest WordPress version.

I saw the screenshot. Unfortunately based on that i am just assuming it is a visual composer gallery element. Unfortunately i cannot say for sure. That is why i required a link to your website or more details to how you added the images.

Please provide more details to what textfield you are referring to and provide a screenshot and description on how you implemented it in your post.
The link you provided does not work and i could not recreate the issue on my end.
P.S. Try it without any plugins except visual composer and deactivate the photon feature of jetpack if you use it.

Please try the plugin just with visual composer (disable all other plugins) to rule out a plugin conflict.
Unfortunately as this plugin is not tested with our theme i cannot provide an answer or a solution for integration with our theme. You will need to hire a developer if it needs further integration than the installation can offer.

It can be done using the font awesome plugin. You can create a pge in visual composer and set it to 3 column view. Then use a text box in each column and add your text. Then use font awesome to insert icons. something like: http://screencast.com/t/Pzb0ADGz – http://screencast.com/t/ekQBwwF9WKD
