Hi,
Please note that only the full elements were designed for stretched row (like Full Big Grid elements) – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
Also you can create your own layout using Flex Blocks, but for this you will need to use tagdiv composer pagebuilder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
If you use an old theme version, I suggest to update to the latest version 9.2.2 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ in near future.
Don’t forget to make a full backup before.
Thanks!

Hi,
The pagebuilder plugin is called tagdiv composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Check if it is active on your site – https://www.screencast.com/t/Eh5ZRnxL
If it is active, just create a new page using it – https://www.screencast.com/t/dCcyfaP1x
Flex block is an element which can be used through tagdiv composer pagebuilder – https://www.screencast.com/t/PnJsw8glStm9
Thanks!
Hi,
The Read More button from blocks/modules should take the theme accent color you set in panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/h8mvTXfp6sa
There’s no option to change the background color for Read More button on individual blocks, sorry!
However you could use custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css: https://www.screencast.com/t/WuUZb4NZvT
.td_module_wrap .td-read-more a {
background-color: #c63939;
}
Or you can use Flex Block on your page. It has color options – https://www.screencast.com/t/aywwSBTlAUN – https://www.screencast.com/t/Jol4FebP
Hope it helps!
Hi,
Do you use a CDN service (like cloudflare)?
Please purge all your files. Also clear all the caches as it could be a caching issue.
If the issue persist please make a full backup and send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can take a closer look.
Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.

Hi,
Please provide a link so we can inspect this. Also please provide a screenshot from your panel settings.

Hi,
Each theme has its own elements and design and the theme used on that site it is not ours.
So no matter what demo you import, you will not have the same layout.
I can only suggest to check our live demo and import the demo you like more. Or if you have already content on your site, just try to create your homepage using tagdiv blocks – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
Also we have a similar header template for block title – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-11/
Thanks!
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this, sorry!
The theme translation system was designed and it works only for frontend strings.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please provide your site url so we can inspect this and try to provide a css solution.
Thanks!
Hi,
Yes, it is a slider, so it is normal.

Hi,
Please check the theme requirements and increase all you php.ini directives at least to recommended – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Usually this issue is related to upload_max_filesize and post_max_size directives.
Let us know.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please enable FEATURED IMAGE PLACEHOLDER from Theme Panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/yRYXokaD5OAf – https://www.screencast.com/t/sG1Muz5wguG
You can add your own image if you like and replace the default “no-thumb”, here (just keep the same name) – https://www.screencast.com/t/UCl53ZJCO
Thanks!
Hi,
Please try to resave your permalinks and see how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi,
Tagdiv Composer was not designed for posts. It works on pages.
But, if you use tagdiv cloud library you can create a custom post template using tagdiv composer and set it for your posts – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/ – https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/
Thanks!
Hi,
You could use Image Box widget instead of wp widget – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/image-box/
Or you can use custom css to decrease the margin – https://www.screencast.com/t/heyl4oetcL
.td-ss-main-sidebar .widget_media_image {
margin-bottom: 10px;
}
Thanks!
Hi,
Yes, false positive.
We also check the theme and tagdiv plugins files before any update.
Thanks!
