Please edit the page normally in editor and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by the tagDiv Composer plugin.
You can set the posts loop from the composer, but now you have managed to solve the issue, right?

You need to have an active license for each domain. As you are using the theme on 2 websites with the same license (refer to the images: https://i.imgur.com/p1d96Xs.jpeg and https://i.imgur.com/t622rU3.png), the license will be unassigned only for the site that no longer has the theme. Additionally, please contact us via email and provide the license certificates for each site, and specify which license you want to assign to each site.

If you want that form, then please set the shortocode of the element https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/arguments-in-form-shortcode/ in the column text.
A shortcode can be inserted also by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
