Also, the fact that the WP Super cache plugin isn’t detected should not affect the plugin functionality (that is a system that should detect if the plugin is enabled or isn’t, in some cases when you are using more plugins, especially cache plugins this is no longer detected).

Normally that image should be set on the centre without using extra custom CSS when this is need usually is a plugin conflict, please make a test only with tagDiv plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Normally it shouldn’t be a problem but in most cases, this issue can be from a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
