For remove/edit the text you need to go in Theme Panel -> Translations and you can find there “FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM” => https://www.screencast.com/t/4sC6llob -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hnR0Uh7O, where you can set the text you want or you can put a “space” to not display.

If you don’t have the button, it means you are using a standard single post template, and you can change the line height from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts => Post content => https://www.screencast.com/t/ug7GSMdv
Also, I understood the problem about the theme panel option was from a cache file from your server.
Also, warnings/errors can be fixed using the mobile theme plugin or mobile page.

For the mega menu you want, you can use a page menu where you can set menu elements using WordPress editor or tagDiv Composer then assign the page to your menu.

I think that is a misunderstanding, indeed there is an option to create the mobile pages and mobile templates with tagDiv Composer, but not AMP pages.
This option allows you to create different templates and page content, but only for mobile, it does not apply/displays on AMP.
For AMP you can use mobile theme plugin and use this option => https://www.screencast.com/t/uOOZoezrSR then the mobile theme layout will apply only for AMP, and if you want to have AMP pages, not only AMP post then you need to set for pages a page content in the mobile editor (content made without builders). => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH

Does this problem appear only for a specific page or for all of them?
Also, make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.9.1 and last WordPress version 5.6.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I suggest setting the permalinks from WordPress-> Settings-> Permalinks, on Plain => https://www.screencast.com/t/aQVuDCyS and see if there are any changes.

Don’t have these images at all, or are they other images?
If you don’t have the block with image, you can add with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/SFidTz2sYhKvand add a Flex Block 1, where you can apply limit post number to 2, filter and adjust it as you want. I see the problem is about AMP pages, did you made a theme update? When the AMP pages were as like in you screenshots did you use Newspaper v10.3.9.1 with Mobile Theme + AMP ?
Using the mobile theme + AMP you must set the page content using only the mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/tza7Da7E7DfJ and this content will be displayed on the mobile theme and AMP version. (This is how is working mobile theme + AMP for pages)
