Do you use a child theme? If yes, please use the main theme. Also, please do a test using only tagdiv plugins because maybe you may have a plugin conflict.
Also, please make sure that you have the latest version of the theme, 12.7

Unfortunately, you cannot change them globally, but you can now create global colors -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
You can set them for each element, and then you can change them globally.

I recommend disabling the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, as any changes made for mobile won’t be reflected while it’s active. You can create mobile pages and templates.
