Our theme doesn’t have control over the ads. Depends on what type of ads you use. https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/9893936?hl=en
, if the ads are auto ads, then you need to add the code between head tags, this can be set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes. Example: https://prnt.sc/1tju9qf -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq, the code needs to be set only once per page -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-google-adsense-to-your-wordpress-site/

So, if you added the image in the post, then this will be displayed twice.
You don’t need to add it to the post, you can simply set it like the featured image.

Please edit this post with tagDiv Composer and check if you have the Single Post Content element twice on the page and delete one element.
You can delete with tagDiv Composer => https://i.imgur.com/wZAWVxb.png , and select an element and delete it with right-click => https://i.imgur.com/HD24o7X.jpg or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
