Maybe you have a header style set from Theme Panel, please make sure you the tagDiv Standard Pack. Also, the same for the footer.
We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the TagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Many changes have been made over the years, and the latest version of the theme is 11.5.1
Also, if you want to update the theme I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.
