I think the problem is because you have a very old version of the theme, and only the latest version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of wordpress.
Many changes have been made over the years, and the latest version of the theme is 11.5.1

We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the tagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. You need to use the smart list from tagDiv Composer, inside Single Post Content ->

Therefore the theme doesn’t have any control over those types of ads.

Please open the console and check which errors you have, so we can investigate the issue.
Make sure there is not a plugin conflict or a cache issue. Please make a test, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
