If you referring to using anchors links, you can do it easy. First of all, please make sure the issue is not from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
I don’t understand where the view count is not updated, in the post or in the category template on the block the filter is not applied?
Also, for Single Post Template, you need to have the Single Post View added in the post, and ajax view count enabled.
Also, to sort the block for Popular (24h,48h and 7days) you need to have this option enable https://i.imgur.com/grI3bti.png
