Hello,

Please install the theme on a staging website, and use only tagDiv plugins and see the problem persists.
Also, what demo did you install a Pro or a Standard?
Also, if you create a sidebar in widgets you need to assign it or you can create one with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, we have not tested Litespeed Cache Plugin, it can interfere with the theme when doesn’t recognize mobile theme plugins and mobile pages, for example, but you can try it.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

If you are using the Gutenberg editor, then there will be no sidebar in the editor, this will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/F6PUBhU.png
If you are using some classic editor plugin, then the sidebar can be removed only from the files, for this, you need to go in -> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/editor-style.css and comment these lines of CSS -> https://i.imgur.com/DqjLdxU.png

Hope this will help you!

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, you can use only one filter, you can’t use both.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

Do you use a standard header from Theme Panel? If yes, then you can’t customize it with tagDiv Composer, you can customize it only if the header template is from Cloud Library.

Thank you!

Hi,

Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hope this will help you!

Thank you!

Hello,

The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Unfortunately, you can’t add/display the widgets using mobile theme+AMP.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

If you have a Pro Prebuilt Website installed, you can disable the button with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/JKhbawk3Hg ->https://www.screencast.com/t/ON5zB4scE
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.

Hello,

The AMP plugin that comes with our theme can be checked only if you set it in URL “/?amp”, as it is written in the documentation => https://www.screencast.com/t/IpVB48WJVG -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

Thank you!

Hello,

That element is responsive, but you want to have an image with a height and width fixed, so if you want you can add with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/vpTod4Pb an element where you can set the height and width like this https://we.tl/t-jrGxfNkvMR
With tagDiv Composer, you can create the sidebar => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU the sidebar created in the widget is an “outdated” method.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

Hello,

Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate => https://www.screencast.com/t/hZolvhRViH, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8, also, if you create a mobile page please make sure you assign the mobile page for page, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd
also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent footer like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

Hello, Alin,

Please check if the option to display the ad on mobile is also, disable from Theme Panel -> Ads -> Header ad => https://www.screencast.com/t/jfEbYsKmp

Thank you!

Anamaria

Hello,

I think you have a mobile page, not the mobile theme.
To remove the header ad, go to Theme Panel -> Ads -> Header ad => https://www.screencast.com/t/H2efg3d466 and delete the code.

Hope this helps you!

Hello,

That’s weird! Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again. See if the problem persists.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I don’t know how this plugin works and what settings need to be done, but maybe these articles will help you to remove the effect https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2018/06/20/critical-css-and-litespeed-cache/
https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/pageopt/
For cache, we recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hello, Tim,

You can disable the option the auto loading or you can set the limit posts.
For this, you need to edit the Single Post Template with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jyUVNSVHS -> Show site wide settings and set the limit post => https://www.screencast.com/t/niaHM5EMLOM9 or disable the option https://www.screencast.com/t/4RnV1CnxiuA

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!
