Hello,
Did you use the All in One SEO plugin or Yoast SEO premium? Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL, cPanel and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello,
Please do these steps
1. disable tagDiv Composer
2. uninstall tagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. re-install tagDiv Composer it again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
5. activate tagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, this error appears when the requirements aren’t set like in our guide, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
please increase all lower requirements and follow all steps => https://www.screencast.com/t/3eF7oKMSOr2J, this problem is when you use plugins that in turn require wp memory limit (WPML, revolution slider) each, in turn, requires 256 MB wp memory.
The easiest way to solve it is to double the wp memory limit.
Also, you have to decide which of the two themes you want to use, delete all tagDiv plugins and reinstall them from plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/R1nkl4vGs
Thank you!
Hello,
If I understood correctly, you want to display the time when you public the post and the modified date if you edit the post, right?
You can add with tagDiv Composer, you can add the element Single Post Modified Date and Single Post Date in Single Post Template like this =>https://www.screencast.com/t/NoAh6tmC
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!

Thank you!
Hello,
I made a test and for me works well= > https://www.screencast.com/t/bcjiFrFP4cCp
Please try to do a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the order works after. If yes, then is a possibility to have a plugin conflict, so you need to activate one by one and see what plugin interfere with the theme.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hello,
In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please check if you use the last version of WordPress 5.7.1 with the last theme version Newspaper 10.4 (if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.4 and you have the latest WP version 5.7.1, tagDiv Composer not work) and check to see if the problem persists.
If you need to make an update, before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you

Hello @r1kay,
Our theme has the option to make sticky elements only columns and sidebar => https://tagdiv.com/multiple-sticky-sidebars/
If you want to have other elements to be sticky, you need to add an extra class on that element => https://www.screencast.com/t/X7xYjYvUov, and you can write a custom code CSS on that extra class to make it sticky.
Thank you!

Hello, Lee,
If those settings were made on the blocks from the homepage, then it should work and display all posts that have assigned the categories ” “1” Post have 200,201,205.
“2” Post have 200,201,220.
“3” Post have 200,204,376.”
If there are no posts displayed in the filtered block, please add a new block and see if for the new one the posts are displayed.
If you want we can take a look and see what happened there. Please make a full backup to all files and the database and send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access, so we can investigate easily this issue. Also, paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Also, please insert a video with the steps done.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, I don’t know if this will be implemented because it’s a special block.
But, if you really need this, then for customization and other services you can contact our custom work team here and they will customize any option that is not in the theme at the moment: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict.
Also, please send a link to your website to investigate the problem.
