Hello @jishnuraj!
I will add this issue to our investigation list. It seems to be a problem with this browser. I hope we can provide a fix in the next update.
Thank you!
Hello !
Usually this problem is caused by an extra plugin that is in a conflict with the theme plugin, or any extra security or caching tools. Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/excessive-dom-size/
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, no. This is not possible.
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see that you apply 2 filters and in the wrong way. Please read carefully this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Please note that you can use only one filter.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can install any demo without content. If you install the demo with content, then, of course, it will replace all your content and design as well. If you install a demo without content, then it will replace the previous design.
You can return the previous design only if you have a backup.
You can import only some sections or templates of your current-designed pages from those demos. The template’s manager is in Cloud Templates. You can preview the demos here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/.
There are the header and footer recreated from the default PRO demo. So, you can use them, and they are cloud templates that look similar to the default ones.
If you do not like any demo style, then you can create a page from scratch by installing a blank page and customizing it in the tagdiv composer. Please check out this video about how to create a website from scratch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Please check the differences between cloud vs default templates from our guides:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
You shouldn’t install a page template if you like the one you have.
Yes. You can manually customize any cloud template with the tagdiv composer.
We have some settings for the rows and different stretch sizes: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A
Make sure that this setting is disabled as here: https://app.screencast.com/FOwnXv63emAOR
Thank you!

Deactivate it and the AMP as well, clear all the cache and try again.

Hello!
There is a modal popup element and it needs to have a page id there. Read more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Go to the mobile viewport, click on the menu icon and check if you choose a menu from this dropdown: https://app.screencast.com/kXblv69NkhU60
Thank you!
Hello!
Assign the uncategorized category for that post and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes. You need to edit the page with the tagdiv Composer and choose from the Website Manager another footer template. Do not make it global. Check the guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve tested on my end and the feature seems to work well. Did you choose the tagdiv slide gallery? Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
The shortcode Posts Loop has numbered pagination.

Hello Aline!
Make sure that the images have the same size when you upload them. If you set up the same size for the image in your module template, then it should display well there.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use only cloud templates, then for sure the global header will be assigned on your pages.
Thank you!
Hello!
This seems to be a caching issue. Please try to uninstall the cache plugin and check if the problem is solved.
Thank you!
Hello!
It’s a modal page there and you should edit the page from here: https://app.screencast.com/s7G6H0ASvrjKZ
By editing the page with the tagdiv composer, you will have the possibility to edit the elements too: https://app.screencast.com/1fItCEKrcmedI
Thank you!
Hello!
If this is not displaying on your pages, then edit them with the tagdiv Composer and check in the website manager which header is assigned there. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
Thank you!
