Hello!
For me, it is working well because it is well configured. Let me know which demo you are talking about and where the issue? Because when you type there and click search, the posts will appear.
Thank you!
Hello Christian!
You should have the page template settings panel: https://prnt.sc/Q_vl_HV9bAfL

Hello Christian!
We hope to add more templates in the future. We are at the beginning of this feature.
Unfortunately, you can not assign a simple template to a CPT. For CPT, you can only assign a CPT template.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Can you please provide more information about your issue(screenshots/video)?
Thank you!
Hello @monema !
We can take a look at this and investigate why it is not working for you. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello @africanresearcher !
It means that you use a default template and not a cloud one.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello @internath !
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @saurabh_agrwl !

Hello!
I hope we will add in a short time. Do you have any issues using it? How can I help you?
Thank you!
Hello @maraaa !
You can remove that space : https://prnt.sc/7tY9PsVzTj-L
But, please try it in a mobile page, not a responsive version, because if you change something in the mobile viewport, it will be changed also in the desktop viewport: https://prnt.sc/0HlNeqWOjXqG
