Hello!

Did you choose a language here: https://prnt.sc/ch3fWpe713b- ?

Thank you!

Hello!

You do not need CSS code. The adjustment can be done in the tagDiv Composer after you uninstall the YellowPencil plugin.
The thumbs settings are exclusively for blocks, not for slides.

Thank you!

Hello!

No. It shouldn’t. You can make a full backup just to be sure.

Hello!

I can’t see the first screenshot.
1. Here are the instructions for what you need to do: https://prnt.sc/CMCZEA35dsir -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
2. I’ve already created it for you, and it was not my responsibility. I described above what you need to do in order to achieve what you need. Please try to achieve it and let me know what the issue is, and I’ll help. You saw the settings, I explained how to achieve them, and you deleted them. I can’t build your website again and again. Please be responsible with the modifications you make to your website! Another thing is that you deleted the elements you needed and let the plugin you did not need go, and I said to uninstall it.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please make sure you select the full size for the image when you upload it from media library.

Hello!

You can make tests to be sure of where the problems come from.
First of all, the element you think is a block is actually a slide, and it has no association with the theme’s thumbs.
1. Follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
2. Add an inner row, split it in 2 and add the elements in different columns.

Hello @zhangleji !

1. You can add a label with an “inline text” element, type “source” and add a link with a href.

2. Try the second element: https://prnt.sc/XOlxgfctoT_S

Thank you!

Hello!

It is already made on your page, please check the settings in the tagDiv Composer.

Hello!

I’ve tried on my end, and it is displaying as in the demo. The problem is the CSS code. Also, when I modified your overall review element, it was designed in your yellow plugin, and I’ve deleted the CSS in order for it to work as in the example.
I recommend you to try to use the staging plugin, so you won’t ruin your website, check also this article from here and give it a try: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Please understand there are no bugs, just extra CSS from your Yellow Pencil plugin.

Thank you!

Hello!

It depends also how many elements and features do you use on the page.

Hello @santy!

1. You can apply a filter there. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

Thank you!

Hello @santy!

1. Please provide a screenshot or a video with what exactly you need to achieve, so I can help you efficiently.
2. In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/

Thank you!

Hello Chris!

If in the TagDiv Composer it’s showing the right thing in the frontend is wrong, then something is interfering with the composer’s modification. Can be a caching tool that you are using, a plugin, or some configurations. Please check the console as well. Check the errors you have and solve them.
If the problem is still there, then you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– cpanel URL and credentials
– a concrete example of what you did and it was not working as expected
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Thank you!

Hello!

Disable the lazy load animation from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb and see the results.

Hello!

I’m sorry, but you have a lot of CSS code in that plugin, which I cannot correct.
I’m sure that this can be fixed as in the demo if you had no additional CSS, which makes your site slow and the layout broken.
A workaround for you is to install the demo again without content and deactivate the untested plugins.
I’ve changed them, and I lost a lot of time fixing these issues: https://prnt.sc/hm5tn9qe7ZGC and you said all are broken. Please hire a developer which can fix the layout as you like. We offer support, not building your entire website.

Hello!

If you mean this feature: https://prnt.sc/iSa_MWDzfd3K, then this is available only for big grid flex (you can use 10 as an example).

Thank you!
