Hello Satheeshraj V!
These setting filters are not available in the Mobile theme. Uninstall the mobile theme plugin and you’ll get the responsive mobile version from Composer.
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy !
Search that post on your website and see if that locker has been applied. How did you check the result? Which link do you check?
You set up an email locker, so you need to check that post or article in an incognito window.
Thank you!
Hello Satheeshraj V!
Choose a category from this dropdown: https://prnt.sc/t5bfRlN5ZsLg (Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Grids)
Thank you!
Hello Juan!
The posts loop element looks like a loop. You need to edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, and you may find it if you use it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/
Thank you!
Hello @interlajmi!
Yes, because this is a cache issue. This layout is because you have a mobile theme or AMP enabled.
Deactivate any caching tools you’re using or these two plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @catholicspirit!
Deactivate the sidebar you’ve added before. You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
If you copy the link and paste it in another browser tab, you can see the solution. This issue is not related to the theme. Please use the English language in this forum.
Please delete your browser’s cookies and try again.
I just wrote for the second time that you set up the locker correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/
Thank you!
Hello Satheeshraj V!

Hello @gvelarde!
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there and your website link.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you
Hello @mita!
Copy the icon(not image) from your browser and paste it in that field. It should work.

Hello @INTERLAJMI!
This issue with the Mobile version on Desktop has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-site-displaying-on-desktop-site/
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello Anh!
No, sorry.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @sunil5823!
You can uninstall the plugin, and it won’t appear again on any page. Or, you can disable the mobile theme for each post. There is no setting to disable the mobile theme for all posts.
Thank you!
Hello @saggel!
The icon is black: https://prnt.sc/QY5aNj9pFEGh, that’s why it is not visible there.
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
Try the solution provided in that link.
The setup is correct. A locker should be added to the post settings, as you did.
Thank you!
Hello @nateb2127!
If you have a cloud CPT template, then the header should be applied to this cloud CPT template if that header is global.
Can you explain better the situation you have?
Thank you!
Hello @khalilsoy!
Edit the page with the tagDiv Composer and check the CSS tab of the elements. There should be somewhere in that area a margin. Delete the value from there.
Thank you!
Hello Anh!
Please provide more information about what you mean exactly or what the issue is.
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and select the row of that menu. In the CSS tab of the row, add negative margins.
Thank you!
