I’ve checked your website, and I cannot see the section with related articles. This section, which you enable from the theme panel, is the default one and cannot be more customizable. If you want a section like that, then you can rebuild it in the TagDiv Composer.

It could be a plugin conflict there; please check by deactivating each plugin one by one to see which one is causing the problems. Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and let me know the results.

First of all, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.
