Hello Guido!
I’ve also checked on Firefox, and I can’t see anything like that. Do you have any extensions or any extra setups? Also, wait till the page loads completely and scroll after that.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a cloud template, you can customize it using the tagdiv Composer and add the element to the page: https://app.screencast.com/EPEu7gQO6h2KJ. But if you use a default template, then you can not edit the page with the tagDiv Composer. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello!
If you used the Wp Bakery plugin to build your pages, then please note that the plugin is deprecated, and I recommend you switch to the tagdiv Composer and rebuild the pages.
Make sure you still have the widgets in the Appearance widgets and activate the standard pack plugin. It may solve your issues.
Thank you!
Hello!
They are added directly to the menu. The menus can be found in the Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus. Here is the guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please select the right post template and check again.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, Block 11 doesn’t have this setting. Use the posts loop shortcode instead.

Hello!
@SurFM You need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP and use the option 1 or 2 mentioned above. They can be customized better than the mobile theme. Please read all about the mobile theme and its options above.
@scottjengle This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version. You have to change the cache plugin that you are using and use mobile theme or just use the mobile page or the responsive version(option 1 or 2) and deactivate the Mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
The path is this one: td-cloud-library\shortcodes\header\tdb_mobile_horiz_menu.php
Thank you!
Hello!
It’s working well now, right?
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ll add this request to our improvement list!
Thank you!
Hello Guido!
I’ve checked in the Chrome, and it doesn’t do anything for me. It could be a glitch. Check in an incognito window.
Thank you!
Hello!
To avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about the issue, what you need to achieve, and your website link.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, you can choose to hide the featured images from those blocks. Check those screenshots: https://app.screencast.com/mXKqYv8w3AovA -> https://app.screencast.com/GWpnBDqsnsV9q
You can hide any element from the CSS tab: https://app.screencast.com/DC5tKoElanPMn

Hello!
Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins.
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Thank you!

Let the offset field be empty with no space or value, and see the results: https://prnt.sc/26SoUFv7QzxG -> https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE.

Hello!
I understand, and I’ve already replied to you above. Take care of which plugins you use, and ensure you have completed all the theme requirements.
Thank you!
Hello!
It should work on the desktop viewport because I can not relate it. But on the mobile viewport, yes, there is a problem, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
We want to investigate your issue.

I hope that helps you!

Hello!
Do you have any other errors regarding your child’s theme?
Thank you!
Hello!
You should activate the Woocommerce plugin, edit the search template, and delete those elements, and then you can deactivate the plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m glad! Deactivate the Woocommerce and Opt-in builder plugins after you delete their elements from the page. You can use another element for login, a basic one, without needing those plugins. Please edit the search template with the tagDiv Composer, click on that block, and check the settings, or use a flex block instead with no offset value.
Thank you!
Hello!
Do you have any padding or margin on that row/element in the CSS tab?
Thank you!
