Hi!
Add that CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS.
Thanks!
Hello!
Unfortunately, this will require custom work which is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
From my video instructions, this is working on a row, so your issue there is that your entire website page has only one row, that’s why it goes up. So, in your case, you need to paste the new class name on the element, not on the row.
Thank you!
Hello!

Hello!
The link you provided is not working.
For more details about this plugin, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
Please make sure you have a cloud/PRO template for that single post/category template in order to assign your mobile page.
If you want to use a mobile page, then you need to assign it to your homepage. For more information about this mobile version please take a look in this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

Hello!
In our theme files there is no caching module, except for social network elements. For example, pages, JS and CSS files are not cached by the theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
I tested on my end and it is working well.
Please provide a screenshot and your website link in order to help you.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can find it here: \wp-content\plugins\td-composer\mobile\functions.php
But, please note that any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after update.
Hope that helps you somehow!
Thank you!

Hello!
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer

Hello!
Unfortunately, in our theme there is no button like this, maybe you can find a plugin for that.
Please check this video and find out how you can add that element called ” Mobile horizontal menu “: https://www.screencast.com/t/sK8HuQBC
You can choose to use a cloud category template and you can customize it how you want with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!

Hello!
You can disable/enable sticky mobile menu and main menu when you access Website Manager, like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/EdpjIpsBHunx
Also, you can customize it when you click on mobile menu there and you will see some settings in Composer if you have a responsive version.
Thank you!

@dadfi You can not edit a default template with TagDiv Composer plugin.
Check the differences between cloud and default template here:

Hello!
I just tested this demo and it seems to work just well.
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date(specially Standard Pack installed and active if you use default templates).
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
